I've purchased several Steamline luggage pieces - both for traveling and some to hold my dearest treasures at home. They are excellent to carry while traveling - have you ever been burned by a broken zipper on luggage? Steamline solves that problem - no zippers to fight with! At home, they lovingly hold my most treasured items in a beautiful way.

The Steamline Luggage is truly beautiful, with a stylish, elegant design that stands out. I was, however, a bit disappointed to notice that not all hardware on the gold/brass-accented pieces matched—the hinges were a different color, which slightly detracted from the premium look. The return process was also a bit challenging, as communication with customer service could have been smoother and more responsive. While the luggage’s aesthetic is a highlight, I hope Steamline can address the hardware consistency and improve customer support to match the brand’s high-end appeal.

I've been traveling around the world with my Steamline Architect collection for 10 months now and I couldn't be happier with my investment. Whether I am in the Caribbean, Croatia or anywhere in between I am always getting compliments on every piece. While it is indeed gorgeous, the luggage itself is an absolute game changer when it comes to traveling. From the interior compartments to add ons such as the packing cubes and cosmetic cases, packing and staying organized is an absolute breeze.

The customer service department is excellent and they really do stand behind their products 100%. I am thrilled to be a part of the Steamline family.

I used to always gravitate towards the more hardwearing travel cases at the expense of style. But I was so surprised when I tried Steamine and found that I can have BOTH! I always get complimented on my luggage when travelling and they hold up so well!

I thought long and hard about whether to buy one of these beautiful cases, as the prices are relatively high. I also had a few questions in advance about the products, their availability and delivery. All my questions were answered courteously, quickly and very helpfully by customer service, so that I then ordered my Diplomat Carryon in cream. It is just as beautiful as in the photos and I can hardly wait to take it on its first journey. As soon as the matching hat box is available, I will also buy it.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase from SteamLine! The quality of the luggage is outstanding—it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into every detail, from the sturdy zippers to the smooth, durable wheels.
