Women's Performance Fleece Pullover
I ordered a medium, which is what I always wear in women's sizes. The product description warns that this item runs a little large so don't size up when ordering. However, the item is actually so large and the fit is so off that I suspect it's actually a men's medium. It's a custom team item so I can't return it, but sadly I'll never wear it either.

Just sent you an email to discuss, but will reiterate the jist of my email here as well.
First, it IS a men's medium that you ordered. We do have "Women" in the title because we do gear for both the men's and women's teams, so we need to separate the two (despite there being pictures, someone would be sure to order the wrong team's piece). I understand the title can be confusing, but we would have put "Hopkins Women Ladies Cut/Fit Performance Fleece" or something to that effect if it were women's cut.
We are missing that it is a "men's cut" piece somewhere in the description, so we'll fix that. But we do include the size chart and the warning note about them being cut large.
We will take back the fleece or exchange it for you because it doesn't have a name or number on it. Not a problem at all, so you're not stuck with it. Just becomes an issue when they DO have a name/number because you can't get those out without destroying the garment.
Sorry you were dissatisfied with the fleece.
Very Good Experiance
Made our first order with Steamroller, they filled it and delivered in unusually good time. Quality of produce (rugby socks) was very good for the cost, we had no issues with Steamroller and I will certainly use them again.

Rugby gear
The stores in our area never seem to carry rugby gear. Steamroller offers a quality product and speedy delivery. Our order of rugby shorts and socks were a great fit. We will certainly order from Steamroller again.

Excellent products and customer service
I ordered a refing jersey, shorts, and red and yellow card holder. The shorts I ordered were out of stock so they sent me a different pair for free and then the pair I ordered a couple weeks later when they were back in stock. Very nice products and customer service. Highly recommend!
