After I made an order, they were paid. They will not respond to emails.

SUPER CHEAP QUALITY. Do Not buy from here. If you want to return they make it impossible and after 3 weeks of back and forth they charge you shipping and restocking fees that's more than what products cost you!!!!

I bought a dress, doesn't fit wanted to return it. Cost me AUD $72. They won't take it back, they said to keep it and they will refund me AUD $10. I have sent multiple emails, now not responding. Why would I keep it when it doesn't fit???

If I could give this seller minus stars I would. There is no communication from Steblla. They say free international shipping for orders over $69, then charge you $15.99 shipping when my order was $85. Expedited shipping is not expedited. They took nearly 2 weeks to tell me that an item wasn't available. Do not believe anything on their website. Its all fake. They are a Chinese scam. I have lodged a complaint with paypal

Do not order from this company! I ordered a 2 piece outfit that was too small in the waist and the top was too long. Neither can be altered because of the design of the outfit. The top is asymmetrical. There is no way to alter it. They told me to keep the outfit and they would only give me 15% discount off future orders. So there is no true refund or credit for the amount you paid. I basically have an outfit that doesn't fit, can't be altered and have a 15% discount if I ever order again. Customer service sucks! I have had to email many times to get any responses. Take your money elsewhere.

SCAM!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNABLE TO RETURN UNWANTED/UNSUITABLE ITEMS!! 😡 There is no contact number just an email address, they respond with computer generated unhelpful information 2-3 days after, refuse to give you a returns label, just tell you that returning items is expensive so offer you £7 or 15% compensation to keep the items instead!! So be 100% sure if you order from them you will want to keep the items!! I will never order from this disgusting company ever again it's a scam!!! 😡

Terrible, terrible customer service. Mostly auto-generated response and when some one finally responds is come after at least a day since the time change. Set your alarms for 3:30 am est otherwise you’ll never connect. They are not flexible and simply don’t care about customer service. The garment are made less than poor and good luck reaching them for exchange/return. With the turnaround in customer service it’s likely by the time you get in touch, agree on next steps etc you’ve exhausted the return window opportunity. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. EVER!! This company is actually less than 1 star. Stay away and keep your money.

If I could put less than 1 star I would, IT’S A SCAM, they took the money and never sent the confirmation e-mail ñor the dress, RUN.

Die Fotos auf der Webseite täuschen, die Artikel sehen sehr hochwertig aus, doch die Realität sieht anders aus! Die gelieferten Artikel sind enttäuschend schlecht verarbeitet, sehen billig und minderwertig aus. Eine Rücksendung und Rückerstattung der Kosten sind nicht möglich. Man zahlt am Ende viel Geld für nichts!

I got a dress that is useless, poor quality and much to small. No adress for return.
Threw the dress away at once. Worst ever😳

I ordered car mats on April 4 it’s now April 22
and no mats. I emailed them 8 times to determine where my order was . No response. I’m canceling my order today. Shame on me for not checking their poor reviews.

STAY AWAY! THEY ARE CROOKS! They sent my clothes the wrong size and then when I returned them to china as instructed by them they refused to pay the shipping of $35.90AUD and cut off all communication. Stay away from them!

No puedes devolver los productos. Te indican que los costes de envío, los cuales corren por tu cuenta, son muy elevados (envío a China) y te ofrecen una devolución del 15% y te quedas con el producto.

No volveré a comprar en esta tienda y no recomiendo comprar en ella.

You cannot return the products. They tell you that the shipping costs, which are your responsibility, are very high (shipping to China) and they offer you a 15% refund and you keep the product.

Cheap, flimsy materials. Sized way too small even though I measured myself against the size chart. Refused to refund my return.
