Resposta da SteeringKnuckle.co.uk
Hi Luke,
I've looked into this query for you, I can see an order was placed on the 6th May, and the item was dispatched with the courier on the 7th May.
The tracking information is showing as delivered on the 8th May. If you have not received the part, please let me know so I can raise a ticket with the courier as a matter of urgency.
Our e-mails are monitored during office hours or we are available via phone. If you have sent an e-mail and it wasn't responded to, then I can only apologise but we are here to assist with any pre or post sales queries you may have.
Thanks,
Was happy with product and service

Real products. Real company
I looked up this site on trust pilot before buying. I needed to know if they were real. I went on to buy a bearing casing (steering knuckle) for my Octavia. The web site is well written and the product sent was the correct one and it was on time. Well done to steering knuckle.co.uk.

Good service and support…
I was wary on using these guys at first as the market is full of charlatans but I was pleasantly surprised with the initial support and the follow up call to check my car reg to make sure the part was definitely the right one.
The part is now fitted and working well. Cheers for your help and support.
