Stellar Gates Opiniões

Great gate , quality build

The gate is made from joinery grade timber, and it has been assembled well.
The only thing is the curved head of the gate is not an even curve, but nothing I can't fix by re-cutting the head of the gate on my bandsaw.

The gate looks fantastic. Issues regarding delivery were dealt with extremely efficiently.

Goid service all way round

Thank you for our gate. Excellent customer service from start to finish

Beautiful wood of the gate. Delivery people were very obliging thus a real bonus. Thank you.

Beautiful, solid and exceptional quality gate, worth the wait (5 weeks). Easy ordering process. Very helpful courteous an polite in the offices. Phoned twice before gate went into production as I had ordered the wrong height (twice). Would highly recommend.

Gates great, delivery was on time and well package - only downside the delivery company still managed to damage the gate, guys who delivery the package were great but somewhere from leaving the factory to the delivery address the package had taken a big knock

The door is of excellent quality and was just as described on line. There was a delay in the delivery but I was kept informed along the way so communication was good.

Product exactly as described, went onto our lovely hardwood Stellar gate very easily and now looks lovely. Arrived promptly - all good. Also, the product advice received from you over the telephone was very helpful.

Really pleased with the quality of these gates, they look fab, hopefully they stay this good as the years roll by.

Top quality workmanship. Excellent customer service. The ironmongery is outstanding and fully up to the job for the heavy hardwood gates. Attracting a lot of complements from neighbours. Highly recommended.

great quality gate, delivered promptly

The ordering process on the website was easy and intuitive.
Follow up from the company by email was quick, reassuring and personal. The interest in making sure I was getting what I needed was obvious. I was able to tailor the design to suit my exact requirements. Delivery management was great and when the product arrived, the quality of the build was superb.

Delivery was on time. We were also sent a helpful message before the day so we were in. Best of all was the quality of the gates. They are terrific and look great on our driveway.
