Dont buy off these clowns they wont provide an address to return. No order slip in package either disgusting customer service! AVOID

Don’t buy anything from them,I bought 2 Liverpool retro tops on March 30th 2024,it’s now 21st May and I haven’t heard anything from them.They are not responding to my mails and have obviously taken my money.

Do not buy anything from these people it's a scam, I paid for retro Liverpool shirt and never received it but they took the money. Complete rip off don't give them your money

It’s a scam. Never got my order and they dont answer emails about it. Then I send a email asking if they’re still in business and get an answer immediately.

Scam web site. I ordered a real madrid kit on 5th November and it hasn't come. Tried emailing them but the email address doesn't exist. Will have to open a dispute with my bank to get a refund. Do not buy from them!!!

I wouldn't give a star at all. I believe these are scammers. I ordered and paid for 2 Argentina Shirts.
Nothing ever happened. Emails were never replied to. I don't recommend buying from Stellarkits (alias Harley Jeremiah).

Bought a jersey online from them to be delivered in Australia and it never happened. I tried contacting them and they said the jersey wasn’t available. And they told me to choose another one and then i never heard back from them again and i never got a refund. I don’t recommend buying from this business.

Ordered a Venezia and Atletico Mineiro shirt and was sent 2 fakes. Should've known they'd be fakes with the low price.

Think some of the England shirts might be real but I'd avoid this mob

I ordered a size medium England shirt and it is much smaller than a size medium. I have sent them many emails over the past few weeks to request an exchange bur haven't had a single reply. Do not buy from this company as there is absolutely no customer service despite what their website states.

Ordered an XXL top which I was told would be my size, when it arrived it was more like a Medium. I have emailed several times to try & get the issue sorted out but get no reply from the company. They advertise 100% satisfaction, but unfortunately I'm 0% satisfied.

I ordered a top via there guideline in size which was xxl. The top came back and quaility is faultless but the size of it when measured was a medium as per there guideline and like a skin on me. Have sent numerous emails so far but no reply as of yet

I as many others thought I was scammed, but I was very surprised when after 3 weeks my kit (man United 2008) arrived and it is amazing quality I have a original but it is too small and I can barely tell the difference, will be buying again thanks 👍

I ordered a shirt with Fowler 23 on the back of it. I waited a month for it to arrive but no success, so contacted stellar kits who got back to me after a couple of attempts and another month later. They eventually sent me the shirt but it had the wrong details on the back. I sent them a photo of their mistake and requested a refund but they refused to reply to me.

I ordered 2 jerseys at Christmas. One arrived in January and the other one still hasn't came which was for my father in law. Can't seem to get a reply or seem to contact them. Is the site gone?

I've ordered 3 shirts from these guys, all of which are an excellent reproduction of the kits I had when I was a kid. All I would say is, they are in China, so be patient. The tracking is a Chinese company, but the updates are in English and the Royal Mail tracking code is visible from the start so you can keep checking it on the Royal Mail site until it's in the country and live with Royal Mail.

I can't comment on the customer service as I didn't need to contact them, but well worth the wait.

I’ve ordered three shirts from the website and they’ve all varied in quality; two being to a really good standard, whilst the other was puckered.

Also, it looks like the company no longer exists, as I am now unable to access the website.

Ordered a retro jersey- Man Utd on the 12th of March 2021 and it was delivered to me in the USA on the 3rd April 2021. I myself had been skeptical after trying to get into contact with them. I contacted them because when it arrived in the states the status was saying “tendered for delivery” for about a week... and then to my horror, I realised that the website was no longer in operation. After reading these reviews, I believed that I had been scammed myself and was pretty upset. My tracking details were constantly updated though on 4PX and when it arrived in the states from China, it took about 1 week before USPS picked it up, and the updates continued (received a USPS tracking number) ... I hope that the rest of you that have been waiting receive your packages pretty soon. But just wanted to give a update to persons who are still waiting.

NB. The jersey is actually really nice, was worried about that as well when I read the reviews of persons who received their jerseys.

Ordered on the 16/03/2021 and received on the 08/04/2021. Thought I'd been scammed when I tried to contact them when there was no sign of it and read all the bad reviews but they came, just took a little longer than anticipated! they look pretty good too! Hope this helps anyone who is currently waiting!!

I ordered a shirt last August didn’t receive anything they told me it’s on the way still nothing sent another email reply was yodel probably lost it I contacted yodel they had nothing for my address I carried on emailing them no reply they were keen getting on taking money from my account I have contacted fraud squad I now think people saying on Facebook how good reliable now I reckon it was staff doing the comments
