Incredible service! Stellar Web Designs delivered the project days ahead of schedule. They followed the reference website I sent perfectly but made the colours look even better. The new design is professional and works great on mobile. Highly recommended.

I contacted Stellar Web Designs last month to help out with my website that had been built by a friend. They have been really knowledgeable and helpful, nothing has been too much trouble for her and the last updated website link I received it's professional and workable website that I'm able to update myself. With their support I've been able to add pages to my website and understand a little more about what goes into web design. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Just had my website built by Stellar Web Designs. I am very much pleased with the level of communication during the process of building the website and with the final outcome. They guided me properly how to manage the website easily through the CMS on my own and make any tweaks. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I put out a job on Bark not really knowing much about the platform, nor the businesses they advertise. Within a couple of hours, Jason of Stellar web designs had got in touch with me and spent much of time listening to my requirements. Over the next few days, we continued to discuss my project and I was incredibly impressed with Jason's patience and professionalism. He quickly grasped my issues and addressed my anxieties about the process. He was even confident enough to suggest that I did not have to pay until I was happy with the outcome. That was a clincher for me. Once the project (migrating my website to WordPress and installing a new booking system), Jason and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They have kept me informed at all times and have responded to my queries and requests immediately. I am delighted with the quality of Stellar web designs work, their professionalism and their speed. I started with just an idea and needed a website for my clothing business and their team designed and developed the website according to my requirements. Working with Stellar Web Designs was a great experience. We needed a website for our clothing business so we hired them for this project. We had specific requirements for the design and functionality which we discussed with them on our initial call which was implemented accordingly, the communication was great with the project manager and they were quick to make any changes we asked for. I am typically hesitant to post something publicly but I feel the need to express how impressed I have been with Stellar web designs. They have created a website a logo for my cleaning business and the project timeline was respected and they also guided me how to manage my website on my own easily. I strongly advise against using Stellar Web Design.

At first, they appeared helpful and told me what I wanted to hear, but they ultimately failed to deliver on their promises.

The staff that were working on my web design became rude and made inappropriate comments during our interactions.

When I requested a refund due to their poor service and not completing, they refused to cooperate. I attempted to escalate the issue by contacting a manager. B would only give me an email address and the name. I requested a phone number but never received it. Despite sending two emails, to the manager I never received a response back

Additionally, they demanded the final payment to be paid before doing further work and requested it to be sent to a different company name. When I questioned this, they claimed Olenix Web Solutions was their secure payment provider, comparable to Stripe or PayPal. However, my research showed that Olenix Web Solutions is not a payment processing platform but another company altogether, which raised serious concerns.

I also have doubts about the identities of their representatives, Initially, I spoke to a person without an accent, but when issues escalated, I encountered a different, rude representative with an accent who claimed to be the initial person I spoke to but he didn’t seem to remember our previous conversations. This was concerning

The company appears to target clients with limited web knowledge by pushing basic, uninspired templates that lack creativity. They market themselves as offering custom designs and satisfaction guarantees, yet they refused to honour their refund policy after multiple failed attempts to meet my expectations.

The experience became increasingly stressful, culminating in verbal abuse from the so-called representative. Despite giving them four chances to make things right, they still refused to issue a refund.

In summary, I had a terrible experience with Stellar Web Design. Their behaviour was unprofessional and deceptive, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. Be warned—this company does not feel trustworthy.

They did a great job building an online store from scratch. They were friendly, quick to respond and very professional. They patiently answered all my questions in detail. I'm really pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again.

Stellar Web Designs redesigned my website after I had been stung by a web developer in the past. They were so helpful in helping me gain access to my domain and the new website design is amazing. I wish I had found them sooner!

I dealt with Jason, he was brilliant from the start. He tidied up my awful attempt at a company logo and made a crisp clear copy for me too. The signage is nice and arrived within the mentioned timeframe. I will be in contact for any future work.
