I am so pleased with the Starter Ballerina package! As a first-time mom buying for a ballet class, I was so grateful for how easy it was to find exactly what I needed to match our school’s uniform policy. The shoe sizing guide with details on age groups and readiness levels was incredibly helpful. I truly love everything and am so thankful for such a smooth experience during our first steps into ballet!

I had to return an item that my daughter already purchased and I have not received my refund after 2 weeks. They confirmed the item had been received, but no refund yet.

I bought a pair of water shoes for my mother. She loved them but they were too small. I wanted to just exchange for size but I had to pay to ship the originals back and then pay shipping again on new order. Wish they had an even exchange option.

Could not get to customer support…
Could not get to customer support center. When I finally did they said they would call me back. Never did I receive a call back it's been 4 days. I called back and no answer.

Quality was better than expected. Beautiful materials. Shoes (glitter, heels) were a bit smaller than expected but still fit.

The customer service was incredible! I got the skirts I needed for my cheer team with ease! The shipping was quick and the material is perfect! They got the order correct even with ordering a very large order! Will be ordering again!!
