The sailing from Holyhead was an hour late. While boarding the foot passengers, the bus to the ship spent 45 minutes with a full load of passengers at the loading ramp waiting to be allowed on. Thankf... Ver mais

Rough seas both legs but the ship coped well. All services still available despite rough weather. Checkin and bus transfer worked really well at Rosslare. Very happy.

The current replacement ferry ⛴️ for the Fishguard/Rosslare crossing is substandard! And NOT up to the usual standards! Particularly the seats ALL had upright dividers to prevent anyone laying down! Dispite this being a nighttime crossing with NO available cabins! I did NOT arrive in Rosslare, refreshed and ready for my onwards journey!

Was really disappointed to receive a message at 9.04 am that out 11.30 am was delayed by 120 minutes as we have a 2 hour journey to Belfast with an hour before sailing to aid with any roadworks etc. We had a 4 hours journey to Bingley after sail and accommodation and had to be in by 7.00pm. I contacted your company and said I would try to contact P&O to book the 12.00pm sailing from Larne to Cairnryan which we had to stop and try to get booked as internet kept freezing but eventually got booked and I called your company back and they said they would refund the 1st crossing as we still wanted to travel back with Stenaline on 1st Feb. In between I received another message to say that our sailing was cancelled but would accommodate us on the 3.30pm crossing but this was not suitable as explained before. This caused me an extremely stressful time and I was really disappointed that Stenaline did not offer any discounts off any future bookings that I have received in the past when sailings were cancelled. Booking ref is 93586845. Look forward to your response

A fun trip on the Ben My Cree.
The little ship looked out of place next to the other ships in the harbour, but was equal to the lumpy conditions at sea.
The staff were friendly , efficient and professional.

When problems occur, as they do in this season, they are very good at compensating us.
Also the boat, though very tiny, was clean and tidy and welcoming.

I only give one star because it’s not possible to give no star. Absolutely disgusted with the service from booking to being dumped at Fishguard at 3.45am and being told to find a hotel. My list is too long to fit on here so perhaps you’d like to phone me.

Train your staff to do their jobs properly and treat the foot passengers like real people left to stand around till all fright and cars are off while people depending on public transport are left to wait around longer

Replacement ship was not very comfortable less amenities but staff were very pleasant ship very clean toilets could do with updating did take awhile to get off with car.
