I was joining the training course 3 . The Step Ahead team is very responsive and promptly reply with my inquiry. Andrew is my course' tutor and he is patient and provided a lot of help regarding of the course, either with the job's application. I also forwarded this course to my friend and highly recommend for the people who want to improve the CV writing and interview skills.

I did 2 courses, level 2
Customer Service and level 1 Employability with Step Ahead. I had a great experience throughout these courses. I learned a lot more about customer service performance, how to write a cover letter and a CV. The tutor Mr. Amos was clear and used good examples which helped us alot throughout the course. It benefited me a lot. Mr. Amos was very professional and I highly recommend training with him.

My tutor Emily was amazing all through the course, she was always ready to help when I was struggling with my assignments and falling behind other classmates, she would organise one to one sessions after the class to help me finish up.
