I wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT buy from this company.
I purchased a hoodie on February 3rd late at night and received an order confirmation with a confirmation number. On February 4th, I received emails from StepCorrect and UPS with a tracking number showing that a label was created and the expected delivery date was February 5th.
However, the tracking status never changed, and I never received my order.
There is no phone number or physical address on their website, so I had to contact them by email. After many days, they finally replied and sent me a different tracking number, claiming it was proof of delivery. According to that tracking, the package was delivered on February 3rd at 1:45 PM to a different address.
This makes no sense, since I placed my order later that night. How could my item be delivered before I even ordered it?
This feels dishonest and misleading. I never received my hoodie, and their response was unhelpful and suspicious. Save your money and avoid this company.

I've been trying to contact thrm via email since last week as I have to return one hoodie but I have not receive a response from them.

Baught a black essentials hoodie. I had it verified and it was real, got shipped within 2 days. They also had lots of good deals like back2school.
