Founded by a US Navy Veteran in 1987 as a waterbed manufacture, Sterling has expanded to offer lines of Innerspring and Latex mattresses featuring interchangeable parts that allow you to extend the usable service life of your mattress from the standard 8-10 year, to 15-20 years and beyond by offering replaceable parts. This practice was held by the EPA to be a waste reducing practice as it prevents millions of mattresses from going to the dump. We pride ourselves on customer service, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and on time delivery. We are FDA Class 1 Certified and HubZone Certified by the Small Business Administration. We are, first and foremost a small business. We may be under new ownership, but our main principles are the same. We will answer all calls during our normal business hours as quickly as we can. If we miss your call, we will call you back. We return urgent calls and email inquiries during weekends and holidays as quickly as possible, even when our office is closed. We are here to support you and our products. Aside from our web chat system that provides answers to common questions, you will not get AI responces from us. Web chat, email all go striaght to a person. Phone calls have a very simple phone tree, and you get a person 95% of the time. Missed calls are returned. We are more than happy to help you make educated decisions. Buying a mattress is incredibly important, and we want to make sure you understand what you are getting into with us. We do not have time limits on calls, and we are happy to answer "Dumb" questions if it helps you make a decision. If you want to talk to a real person, and get real answers, on a top rated product that is actually MADE IN THE USA, and dont want to deal with marketing fluff, give us a try. Our customers like us, not just for our winning personalities, but for our high quality products, and our willingness to explain how things works.

Had a question prior to buying online…

Had a question prior to buying online which was answered promptly. After delivery had a couple of questions. Called the customer service number which was answered immediately. Was told the person to answer my question was at lunch and would call me upon returning. 20 minutes later I was called and my questions answered and an additional item I needed was promptly ordered and mailed to me the same afternoon. Fabulous customer service.

Post Sales Customer Service

I thought it was odd that I received a call on a Friday night after normal business hours soon after sending an email that I had a leaking waterbed.

Odd in a good way. Thanks for that. It gave me the weekend to work with the leaky waterbed and consider my options for getting my bed back in order.

Love my hydrosleep dual mattress waterbed

I received a call before it was shipped to verify that we wanted a California king as opposed to a regular king size mattress. I appreciate the fact that they took the extra step before the bed was shipped. Bed is very comfortable. It arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I would definitely recommend Sterling Sleep for the Hydrosleep dual mattress waterbed.

Extremely happy with purchase.

The gentleman O spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable about your products. I had dealt with Sterling before and he pulled my information up and knew exactly what I needed. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision and everything went according to his timeliness. I was extremely satisfied and would deal with them again.

amazing service

Was able to warranty swap my mattress so in the end it only cost me shipping will differently use this company in the future
