August 2025: Our small jewellery business no longer collects reviews on Trustpilot due to their recent price increase (the service would cost us over £8,000 per annum inc VAT). Over time, this decision may skew our TP reviews towards the negative - generally most people leaving unprompted reviews here are unhappy/competitors/spam. Please be assured we have many happy customers, and you can read unbiased reviews directly on our website, where we have paired with another legitimate review collator for a reasonable fee.

Resposta da Sterling & Wilde
Crikey Jim, you're a hard man to please!
You ordered at 09.54 on Thurs 25th April and Royal Mail delivered at 09.55 on Fri 26th April.
Your 2 pairs of (discounted) earrings, beautifully packaged, took 24 hours and 1 minute to reach you, despite the delivery timescale when you checked out being 3-4 days.
We think that's pretty awesome :)
Amazing quality
Amazing quality, great delivery service with clear communication. Would 100% recommend

Would definitely recommend this business!
Came across this business when searching for a sterling silver wheat chain for my nephew.
I always look at reviews for companies I haven't used before and having seen the ones on Trustpilot I didn't hesitate to place my order.
Customer service, delivery and item all excellent (nephew loved his chain) so I would definitely buy from Sterling & Wilde again!
