August 2025: Our small jewellery business no longer collects reviews on Trustpilot due to their recent price increase (the service would cost us over £8,000 per annum inc VAT). Over time, this decision may skew our TP reviews towards the negative - generally most people leaving unprompted reviews here are unhappy/competitors/spam. Please be assured we have many happy customers, and you can read unbiased reviews directly on our website, where we have paired with another legitimate review collator for a reasonable fee.

Excellent customer service, Fine quality products.
Excellent customer service & lovely, fine quality jewellery. A hiccup on the part of the postal service resulted in initial non delivery of my order. However, David at Sterling & Wilde acted courteously and without quibble to quickly resolve the situation and ensure my beautiful, delicate piece of jewellery arrived safely & in time. I will definitely buy from this store again. Thank you

I must start by saying thank you very much for the option to have the Cross engraved❤️
When the Cross & chain arrived (was very quick too) it looked even more beautiful than the advertised product. I have worn my Cross & chain everyday since and gotten lots of compliments. A very professional service from start to finish. Thank you Sterling & Wilde
