Awful experience
I have had an awful experience with trying order a support for my daughter. My item was taking a long time to arrive so I emailed for an update. I was told my item had been delivered to a safe place and sent a picture. I could not recognise the place int he photo and, after zooming in on the picture, noticed the delivery address on the parcel was not even mine! I was then told that my item was out of stock and someone would reply letting me know when the stick was due in later that day but no-one replied. I emailed the next day saying I desperately needed to order by a date in a week or two, ready for my daughter having her cast removed and I had a reply saying I would have my parcel by the beginning of the following week. It is now Thursday and nothing has been delivered. I have emailed again for an update only to be told that the item is unavailable and would I like a refund. I has left me in an awful position as now I have nothing ready for my daughter. I feel completely let down and like I have been strung along. I will never use this company again and would really not recommend to anyone.

We’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had. When you first contacted us, we mistakenly sent you a delivery image for the wrong order. That was our error and we apologised for the confusion as soon as we realised.
At the time, we advised that your item would be available when needed based on the information we had from our supplier. Unfortunately, the supplier later informed us of an unexpected delay, which meant we could not fulfil your order in time. We contacted you again this morning to let you know that the item will not be back in stock until the 24th, which we understand is far too late, and we offered you a full refund.
We know this has left you in a difficult situation, especially with the timing for your daughter, and we can only apologise that you’ve been let down. While there are circumstances outside of our control, we take full responsibility for keeping you informed and regret that we weren’t able to resolve this for you.

We needed plasters for a wound on our per dog and the vet told us that none are available on the market that will stick to fur.
We tried many different brands but have found Steroplast to be about the best product for our needs. Well done 👏
