I write this review after previously giving this company a 5 star review, as the quality of service I have received from Steve apparel has significantly declined over the course of doing business with them. The original sample I received from the company was created to my exact specifications (barring a few minor adjustments), and I was extremely satisfied with the product. However, after 1 wash cycle said sample shrunk significantly (at least 1 full size, possibly close to 2). I mentioned this to my project manager and he guaranteed this would not happen when I received my final product. He was right, the final product did not shrink after being washed, however the product I received was completely different in terms of sizing compared to the sample. I gave Steve apparel explicit measurements for how I wanted the product to be sized, and the sample I received (prior to washing) was right on par with the measurements I had sent, however by the time the final product arrived it was sized completely wrong, and fit horrifically. After mentioning this to my project manager he offered me a mere 7% discount on my NEXT order. As if I would choose to do business again with a company that delivers such an inconsistent product and has been so difficult to do business with. So now I have 80 t-shirts of sub-par quality that don’t fit correctly that I have to sell to my customers otherwise I’m in the hole $1600. This is not to mention that the logo was sewn incorrectly on all size XXL shirts. The logo was supposed to have an arc to it, and it does on all S,M,L, and XL shirts, but then is straight as a board on the XXLs and there is no arc. So not only do I have an inferior product that does not fit correctly, any of my customers who want to order a XXL will be receiving a product that does not match the product advertised to them. Now, to top things off, I cannot get in touch with my project manager regarding this issue. At one point I also requested some images of my product to use as the icon in my online store, and it took 2 text messages and multiple phone calls to get in touch with my project manager only for him to tell me they couldn’t provide that for me. Upon further research, I also came to find out that Steve apparel has bought reviews on trust pilot, so all of the good reviews on here (aside from my previous review) are most likely fraudulent. For these reasons I would never recommend anyone do business with Steve apparel.

Never use this company unless you want to wait six months. I can do whatever they can for half the price and under a month. Holler at me

PLEASE DO NOT INVEST 1 SINGLE CENT IN THIS COMPANY! We've been waiting for productions for months, paid the full amount upfront, and got terrible sample quality products. They scammed us out of 5K, and the items are so bad that you can't even donate them. Save yourself trouble and please AVOID this business at all costs!

Everything so far has been great. My Demo set came out fantastic. I'm now waiting on my load. They seem to be a pretty good company.

Total scammers!!!

They charged me $350 for a tech pack in and mockup which I paid for in December via paypal. They then had me send them an ACH transfer of $300 in January to make a sample which was to be delivered within 14 business days. Its not almost June and I have seen nothing and can't reach them.

They know exactly what they're doing, they had me pay via PayPal for the trch pack and mocj up and ACH transfer for the sample. thats funny because paypal will protect tgeir buyers against fraud but ACHA transfers cannot be reversed. so they technically did followthrough on the mockup and tech pack meaning i cant dispute it wirg paypal but im screwed out ofvthe cost of the sample

oh yeah Also when i went to revisit the paypal invoice paypal said the invoice was no longer available because it was related to a possible scam

notice every review on here is 1 star or 5 stars? thats because the 5 star reviews are people who are linked to steve apparal AKA zegatron LLC which is the actual namrcofvthe company

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM

Come rubbish is what this company produces, they did not produce our product to the agreed quality. They sent us not what we ordered and have since disappeared. Worst place on earth to try and do business with. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

First connected with a representative from Steves apparel. After spending $250 via paypal for a digital mock-up, I was sent to another individual by the name of Martin Jones that is titled "senior project manager." Things were going good as we communicated back and forth to get the final tech mock up done.

After the tech mock up was finished, thats when things got a little weird. It was explained that I was to only be allowed to have a minimum amount per order. That makes sense. After deciding I wanted to do 4 different styles, my total came out to be $4480 for 280 hats. However, he was insistent that to get this started that I would need to pay 60% down to get samples and materials and then the rest of the 40% to start production. Not unusual. We then negotiated to a 50/50 payment split, however when it came to payment on a large $2k+ down payment, he only accepted zelle or bank transer AND it was to be sent to another LLC called Zegatron. This Zegatron company was never mentioned prior to the invoice being sent to me so I was a bit shocked when I found this out. As you may know, things like zelle or bank transfer cannot be reversed. Once the money is sent, its gone. If the receiving end chooses to do nothing, then it is what it is and I was not ready to take that risk.

After I requested a safer buyer protected online payment service such as paypal, Martin was 1000% against it stating that there would be too many hoops to jump through such as taxes and what not. I was excited about getting started but I was not going to be swindled out of a crazy sum of money. The website is full of fake reviews. None of the people on the site that are writing the reviews are real people let alone real companies they are claimed to represent. Steveapparel.com is just a face to ZegatronLLC that works with manufacturers in Pakistan. There is nothing wrong with that however the methods of taking payment is too risky for me. I called it off. Ill take the tech pach and I will go to another manufacturer. Thank you.

I wish I can give 0. Let’s start with their product quality, sucks, they sent me the samples and the bulk was nothing like we agreed. Two I waited 8 months for the products and one of them is nasty. I sent them the pictures about the product. I requested the money back and have been ignoring me. Don’t do business with them
