While the watch itself is beautiful, their website is misleading w false advertisement re shipping times. They offer an expedited shipping service for an additional fee, for shipping in 2-4 business days. I ordered my watch Nov 20 and it arrived Nov 28, over 6 business days (their standard delivery) missing the event for which I ordered it. Despite paying an additional fee for 2-4 days delivery from time of order, they refused to refund the expedited shipping fee claiming requiring additional 2-3 days processing time which is listed NOWHERE on the product shipping and delivery details when you go to order it. Their complete lack of ability to address the fact that their website ONLY states the shipping time and not the processing time when you go to order just shows that their customer service and general website information is highly flawed and advertise falsely. Don’t pay extra w these people for expedited delivery, because when it doest’t arrive in time, they keep your money and try to gaslight you. Hi BBB

I changed the watch after I ordered. I called, and it was easy to get someone. The correct watch came, and my husband loves it!

By no means am I a watch “scholar”, but I do own a couple of expensive watches. The quality of these watches is impressive. The hand painted aspect makes them very appealing to my. Very satisfied and impressed.

What a great time piece to add to my collection. It’s stands with my Rolex, my Tudors, amongst other majors I have. I wear this all the time and love it! I will be back.

My watch looks great and just as I hoped it would. Came with tools to adjust the wrist band, a cleaning cloth, and very nice box.

I really like the Trump watch and it looks amazing when worn, Perfect size for me after I removed 4 links. I do not wear it much though, because the clasp on the band is super hard to open. I have to stick a small screw driver under the tab to open it. I do like it and the paint looks very good, but with it like it is you cant just take it off quickly and wash your hands, etc.

I received the product in good form and it exceeded my expectations. They need to do a better job setting realistic delivery expectations to not disappoint. I would recommend their products and be patient and allow for lead time.

I ordered the watch Oct 22 and got an update from
USPS saying a shipping label was created on Oct 23rd. I reached out Oct 26th asking for an update and they sent me a response “ Thank you for your order placed on Oct 1st Due to a high volume of orders, the preparation time, which includes dial painting, assembly, and quality checks, extended to 3-7 business days. Your package was received by the carrier on Oct 23rd, with tracking number

The estimated shipping time from the day your order arrived the logistics carrier is 5-8 business days. Please note that the tracking number provided is a last-mile tracking number from USPS, so updates will only be available once the package arrives at the U.S. from our overseas warehouse.” There have been no further updates with either shipping service. Ill wait the 8 business days and take it from there…..
I got the watch! I can’t attest to accuracy or durability yet but the quality of the case and bracelet are really excellent! The band comes with a screwdriver to adjust the links and the watch looks and feels great on the wrist. The dial is just like the picture online and really unique. Im upgrading the stars from one to four. If there are any serious issues with the movement but as long as its approx 20 seconds +/- a day Im happy with it.

This watch is fantastic! Well made and the band is super easy to adjust. No trip to the jeweler needed. Plenty of links if you have a larger wrist. I removed a lot of them easily. Love love love the artwork.
