would like to say a huge thank you to carolyne for the outstanding customer service she provided.
After purchasing our slide robes, we had a problem with one of the doors. From the moment I contacted her, she went absolutely above and beyond to help get everything sorted. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept us updated throughout the whole process, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers after the sale has been made, but she is a real credit to the company. Her professionalism, kindness, patience, and determination to resolve the issue were second to none.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed that the FIRST10 welcome code could not be applied to your order. The reason for this is that your order was placed during our current sale, where the item was already discounted by 15%.
As stated in our terms and conditions, the FIRST10 welcome discount cannot be used in conjunction with sale prices, promotions, or any other discounts. We also have live chat available on our website should customers need any help before placing an order.
However, we would still be happy to honour your FIRST10 welcome discount on a future order placed outside of a sale or promotional period, as we have done on numerous occasions for returning customers.
We hope this helps explain the situation, and we are sorry again that this caused disappointment.

Fantastic that’s all I can say. We come into store and originally wanting to extend the set we already had when we fell in love with some wardrobes. We paid and they were delivered the following week. We paid to get them installed. The delivery guys and the guys who put the wardrobes up was amazing very nice people. Me and my family always use stevensons. The quality is unmatched. Very happy with my service. And hopefully back soon for a sofa that we see when we were in there. Thanks again.

My experience was so lovely
My experience was so lovely ! I went in with my father to help order his sofas. I ended up browsing for my new bedroom furniture and the staff was so lovely! Georgia payed good attention to what I was saying, showing me wardrobes and beds that matched the style I was looking for and listened to everything I said ! She even sent me an email the following day with prices and generated a bedroom with the furniture so I could see what it looked like !! Which is above and beyond, the company is very lucky to have her !
Sarah was fabulous with my dad helping him ordering sofas ! Very thorough chats and ensuring he knew all the details! Super helpful staff and amazing choice of products , will be returning !

We've been deliberating on purchasing a new bed- huge decision with us having different comfort needs.
Called into the beautiful showroom & was overwhelmed by the ammount of choice, only to chat to Carolyn. She was a font of knowledge & suggested various options. She was amazing, very helpful & made the whole process much easier. Came to a decision we're both happy with & ordered.
The beds arrived sooner than expected & delivery arranged. Delivery gents were very professional, careful with moving furniture & very friendly. Rang me half an hour before delivery, again excellent service.
Would highly recommend Stevensons.

Looking at beds relaxed experience
Carolyn looked after us when we went into Stevenson's furniture. We were looking for a bed and she was very thorough explaining all the different qualities of each of the bed. She gave us time to check out all the beds we were interested in. It was a very relaxed purchase, absolutely no pressure.
We were given all the variables of materials and colours to choose from.
We will use them again.

Great choice and great customer service.
The sales staff are so helpful and informative about options, style and fabric choice and this really helped in making the right choice for our new sofa set. We didn't feel rushed or pressured by the staff and we were given plenty of time to freely browse the showroom.
Our furniture was delivered with care and all set up and put in place perfectly. We are so pleased with our new furniture and would highly recommend Stevensons to anyone looking for good quality furniture and great customer service.

I love shopping at this family owned…
I love shopping at this family owned store. I like the quality and choice of products. The lady that served us was Carolyn, not at all pushy but informative when i asked for help. I went in to purchase 1 mattress, but bought 3 mattresses and 2 sofas, being delivered at our convenience.
