It was the first time I had used this…
It was the first time I had used this company and I had several issues. I found them to be very unhelpful.
Parts were missing, a pair of frames came that were should have been the same height came in different sizes so were not compatible, there was poor communication on the inception of the account which caused me major issues and they were completely unwilling to help. Also whilst trying to sort out the issues they closed at 3pm so I couldn't speak to anyone.

Really happy with my French door and window from Stevenswood! They look great, feel solid, and the price was fair for the quality. Good value overall — I’d definitely buy from them again.

I have used Stevenswood in Hailsham for a number of years. As a builder who takes on refurbishments and extention it’s always good to know I can rely on Phil and his team to supply good quality windows and aluminium bifold doors at competitive prices and will be delivered on the agreed delivery date.
The drivers are always provide an eta on the day of delivery to save any time being wasted waiting.

I’ve recently started using stevenswood for my pvc windows and doors, the price is very competitive and what make them the company I will continue to use is the staff and management, nothing is to much trouble when I keep adjusting sizes/spec etc.
