Stillwellshower Opiniões

Haven't had a chance to use it yet but everything in the box is well made and very much worth the money paid. Especially as it means I can now use warm water with ease to wash tails etc.,. Instead of running in and out of the house and carrying buckets around.

This has been much appreciated by our ponies. Really easy to setup and use, compact, easy to store and powerful. The immersion heater is brilliant too

Despite trying to cancel order then trying to return the item after being told (after a delay) that it had been shipped, despite many attempts to gain a return address - meeting with no response, I remain stuck with an item I do not want or need. Klarna intervened and concluded that I had reported the item not to be the correct description and return declined (I had not said it was not as described - I had told Stillwell that I had read the description incorrectly and requested order to be cancelled/returned from the outset. Sorely disappointed and remain accountable to pay for remaining payments. Stillwell should be ashamed of its dreadful non-service. All I wanted to do was send an unopened item back for refund due to ordering wrong item

Late delivery, wrong item delivered, support did not respond, then told me I had the correct item.... still trying to get a refund.
DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Item was delivered late and despite making multiple attempts to return the item, there customer services department does not reply.

Im impressed, really convenient and easy to use

Works great. Obviously it's battery powered so don't be expecting a power shower, but puts out more than enough water for a nice shower. Fittings are good quality, and unit is quick to charge. Get a nice large water container cheap from somewhere like b&m, few buckets of hot water and you can have a 10 min shower no problem. Had a 10 min shower and still at 100% charge. Slight smell from the hose when new but goes away
