I ordered their embroidered T shirt that says DAD and sent images to overlay the letters. I am extremely pleased with the product. Everything is good quality and well done. I received my order within 10 days.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

I paid $44 for a T-shirt and received an item with poor stitching and obvious quality issues. The stitching was coming apart, and instead of receiving a product that was properly inspected before shipping, I ended up with something that looked defective right out of the package.

What shocked me most was the company's response. Rather than taking responsibility for sending out a flawed item, they repeatedly told me to fix it myself. As a paying customer, I should not have to repair a brand-new shirt that arrived with quality issues. If I wanted to sew and repair my own clothing, I wouldn't have paid full price for a new product.

To make matters worse, they refused to provide a full refund and instead kept offering small partial refunds that don't come close to making up for receiving a defective product. The constant back-and-forth has been frustrating and feels like an attempt to avoid properly resolving the issue.

I also feel misled by the company's branding. It appears to present itself as a U.S.-based company, yet my order shipped from China. Greater transparency about where products are made and shipped from would have been appreciated before I spent my money.

For $44, I expected quality craftsmanship, proper quality control, and customer service that stands behind its products. Instead, I received a defective shirt, was repeatedly told to repair it myself, and was denied a full refund.

Save your money. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Stitch & Bond again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The portrait embroidery doesn't look cheap or cartoonish_ it's refined and elegant, just like a real portrait.

Terrible quality and disappointing service.

I ordered this as a Father's Day gift, but it did not arrive on time despite the processing and shipping timelines advertised on their website. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

Their advertising is misleading. They promote free shipping on orders over $59, but they do not clearly indicate that this threshold is in USD rather than CAD. Since the product prices were displayed in CAD, I reasonably assumed the free shipping offer applied to the same currency. Only after I contacted customer service was I told that the free shipping threshold was based on USD, which resulted in unexpected shipping charges.

I was also under the impression that the products were being made and shipped from the USA. Instead, the order was manufactured and shipped from China, which contributed to the lengthy delivery time. This was not made sufficiently clear during the ordering process.

To make matters worse, despite the delay and confusion caused by their advertising, they refused to provide a refund or any meaningful compensation.

The product quality was also poor. The stitching was subpar, and the embroidery backing on the inside of the shirt is rough and uncomfortable against the skin, causing irritation when worn.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the misleading advertising, delayed delivery, overseas production, poor customer service, and low-quality workmanship, I would not recommend this company.

The quality is so bad. I would share a picture if I could. It would have been nice to get a preview. The shirt was even bleach stained and had I known it was from China I wouldn’t have ordered it simply because it took so long to get it.

This isn't my first order, but this piece feels completely next level. The attention to detail and overall finish are impressive.

First time writing a negative review on Trustpolit but my experience was so bad I feel compelled to do so. The father's day embroidered t-shirt I ordered was completely ruined after one wash. The fabric shrink substantially after a normal wash and dry cycle, causing the embroidery to deform and curl up - it's not even wearable now with the embroidered portion of the t-shirt looking like a complete mess.
Not to mention I specifically asked for the hair to be embroidered in grey so it stands out against the black fabric. They did not bother to read my instruction and embroider black hair on black t-shirt. If you will not read customer's instruction, don't ask them to leave one.

I received my item which seems to be made and shipped from China. They changed the race of the people in the pictures from brown skin to white! I've seem them advertising with brown skin so why they did this I do not know. The pictures are wonky, they've given a person in the image double claws, the quality is poor. They delete comments on social media - so shady! On the website it states "If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or produced with an error on our side"- they will refund or replace and cover shipping, they said I can have a refund if I cover shipping to China, again lies and shady company.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star tbh. Customer service is beyond shocking. Some agents just come across as downright rude and patronising.

My parcel was delivered by Evri (in time for Father’s Day) but was left outside with me receiving no notification of this - I didn’t agree to this and I was home all day, no one even knocked! The parcel had since gone missing, I assume taken by a third party, for which Evri are at fault.

However, rather than acknowledging this, stitch and bond expected me to accept a 30% refund and a 15% discount code for another purchase. After going back and forth repeatedly, I was then offered a 75% refund, so I was still expected to pay 25% towards an item I never received.

Again, after standing my ground repeatedly, I FINALLY got a full refund with the £6 shipping costs deducted. I still don’t agree that I’ve had to pay £6 shipping costs for an item I never received, but I just couldn’t be bothered to keep going back and forth.

With this company, you have to stand your ground and make them resolve any issues to your satisfaction because they will dig their heels in and definitely do not apply logic or compassion to resolving complaints.

Ultimately, just don’t purchase anything from them and you won’t have to deal with the less than adequate customer service.

They’ve admitted that the product is not the cotton fleece lined product they advertise. They admit that the other material is all they have to use. They’re refusing to give my money back unless I ship the product back at my expense. They did offer to make a new one on the stiff polyester I originally received. They do not offer cotton. The stitching is missing a lot of detail. Even missed the white stripes on my sons black pants. It’s more like color blocks and not what you see on the advertising posts. It’s a marketing scam. I have email proof, just can’t post it.

This business is an absolute scam. They got the order completely wrong (they made my child’s skin tone black because his father is black despite the pictures showing completely different) and refused to refund it even with pictures provided. Forced me into making a replacement with the promise that it would still arrive before Father’s day, 1 day before father’s day after emailing them for the 100th time they informed me that it would no longer arrive before father’s day. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them, and they tried to guilt trip me for wanting a refund saying “they’re a small business”. My order also came packaged and labeled with a completely different company name. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Also unfortunately quite disappointed with my order ! Child jumper it’s odd size very wide at collar bone, it’s smaller writing and not as advertised. Overall I expected better quality

Extremely disappointed, purchased for Father’s Day and just arrived and it doesn’t look anything like my husband. Very upsetting and customer service offered 20% off when that doesn’t fix the issue or they mentioned I can buy my own label and send it to China for a full refund.

I ordered on the 17th as website said it would arrive in time for Father’s Day. I have not received a confirmation email of my purchase, I’ve not received a tracking order ID so I have absolutely no way of seeing where or if the parcel has been sent off. I reached out to customer services and they just seem to be delaying, the only evidence I’ve got that I actually bought from them is that the money has been taken from my bank. I gave them all the relevant information they ask for so I could receive my tracking and they still haven’t given it to me. I wish I had read the reviews on here instead of their website, I’m so upset, I won’t have anything to give to my fiancé from our kids now. What an awful company to deceive people on such a special day!

I can’t believe I’m actually writing this but the top arrived and it’s so great! I’m really happy with it! I was convinced this website was a scam because the parcel said delivered but I hadn’t received anything. I sent an email to the sellers who give me the tracking number for evri and I saw that they had put it in my recycling bin. So it actually arrived in time for Father’s Day and it’s exactly what I’d hoped for. I wish I could upload a photo to show you how good it looks. I feel for the people that have had a negative experience with this company but that wasn’t mine experience fortunately. I actually wrote a bad review saying this company was a scam and how I hadn’t received my product but I had to delete it I was wrong. All the bad reviews on here just got in my head and I was convinced I was scammed. I’m please to say not this time. P.s this is not AI I am a real person

Poor. The hair colours are all wrong and they have stitched in an arm belonging to someone else that was clearly not meant to be included as person was clearly cropped out . They can’t really come back with a defence for this as for example the castle in the background of another picture wasn’t stitched in as it shouldn’t be. Shoddy. Expensive. What was meant to be a thoughtful Father’s Day present is embarrassing.

I orderd from them a fathersds day gift I ordered on the 3rd its now the 18th its still yet to be delivered. Evri is there delivery service and they have failed to deliver even though I spoke to customer service requesting this parcel and was insured it would be, they are now sending it back to stitch and bond. Against my wishes obviously the item contains photos of my son and his dad I want my parcel however both companies have failed to deliver. And now father's day is 2 days away and I doubt I'll have it by then. I'm extremely upset and unsure where to go from here but I can tell you one thing unless they change from Evri i won't be ordering from these again. And I urge others not to ither unless you want to pay for thin air because thats what you get.

HORRENDOUS! My partner is black and they stitched him in white thread, completely unusable as a present and all I was offered was a 6% refund or return to china at my own expense. Left without Father’s Day gift at short notice and appalled that mis representing my partners skin colour left me paying the price. Awful company

Wish I would have read these reviews before I placed an order. My experience with this company has been a nightmare and similar to many of these other reviews. They’re marketing a product and quality that is near opposite what you receive as your order. The first sweatshirt sent had multiple embroidery issues (loose threads, loops sticking out, thick printing) and it didn’t align at all with the quality advertised. I reached out to customer service and after some back and forth during which I refused to be charged additional for a replacement they agreed to make a replacement at no cost (I should have known better). The replacement was just as bad, if not worse than the original and when I reached out to customer service about this one they told me they could offer a replacement only if I paid to return TO CHINA. It would cost more than the sweatshirt…terrible, terrible, terrible execution and false advertising.

I felt like this was a scam. The hat that came did not look like the hat that was advertised. The lettering was smaller and the picture that they embroidered barely resembled the picture I sent. The videos and pictures make it look like the products are nice quality and that the embroidery is going to look just like the picture. Not true. The hat color also looked like it was going to be a washed black hat but it came as a solid black color. I would never ever order from here again. Especially for the price. I was very disappointed.
