Really good quality product for rowing vest. Only downside is the lead time as it was team merchandise.

Quality is good but communication and length of time to receive items not so good

One real positive was when I was called to check the size of my shorts that was worth five stars - only marked down on the delivery side of things

Excellent experience with Stitch Rowing who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter had all in one suits for a rowing camp when another supplier let us down.
The website suggested a 4 week lead time so I called and spoke with Lisa who explained that everything is made to order. However, when I explained our situation and time crunch she very kindly offered to make the items we needed the next day! True to her word the garments were ready in time and fit my daughter perfectly.

Would highly recommend using Stich if you are a sporting society/club looking for a company to provide you with personalised club kit.

Quality is good but it just takes sooooo long for items to be dispatched. 4-6 weeks is a bit ridiculous.

Excellent quality and excellent customer service. Have made several orders for club kit and they are so helpful with any queries, sizing, delivery timescales etc. recently needed to replace a AIO quickly and they were able to deliver quicker than usual to arrive before a race. Great quality kit that has lasted me through school rowing and university and still has plenty of life left. Had a recent issue with postage of an order, but had some great support from Lisa who has been tirelessly on the case, and it’s been sorted. Cannot thank you enough!
