We’re so sorry to hear this! two defrosted deliveries is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have, and we completely understand your frustration.

This isn’t something we usually see, as we adjust things like dry ice levels depending on the weather and delivery conditions, but we’d really like the opportunity to try again using a different courier to see if this helps so you don't miss out on your meals?

We'll drop you a message directly and will do everything we can to find a solution for you!

Hey there,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad you loved the concept and convenience, but sorry to hear the meals themselves didn’t quite hit the mark for you!

When we created STOCKED, we took a standard portion size you’d find in a supermarket ready meal and split it into four Blocks, so you can choose the portion that works for you. As a guide, we suggest one Block as a snack, two in a wrap or flatbread, three with rice or pasta, or four for a hearty portion.

We’d also really like to hear more about the dishes you tried, particularly those you felt were lacking in meat or flavour, so please do get in touch with our team at team@stockedfood.com - we’d be happy to help and can recommend some dishes that may be better suited to your tastes 💛
