we reviewed a number of systems including Brightpearl, orderwise and cin7 and found Stokly to be the best choice for our b2c and b2b retail and wholesale business. the AI features save our teams hours every week, especially the AI forecasting and purchasing features. we would like to give a special mention to luke for managing our onboarding with such great attention to detail and jake in support during our first few weeks live. if you are looking for a flexible, seamless order management, warehouse management system that makes life easier and saves time, stok.ly is a great choice. highly recommend

Stok.ly is pretty good, and highly recomend!

The system itself is great, what the system does is far superior to other systems that we have used. We have had a few issues with support over the past year, which is why its 4 stars. Recently, support has got a lot better, so fingers crossed, moving in the right direction, Stok.ly have taken on board everything i have said, and have made improvements, so its a 10/10 from me

The system is reliable, there has been no major issues since ive joined, and has been a stable platform. Stok.ly is enabling us to grow as a business, make our life easier and to get orders shipped asap.

The handhelds make our life easy by going around picking orders and dispatching them, with locations on every product, our day is now like clockwork, leaving us time to be able to perform other tasks.

There is a few improvements that i have suggested, and i hope they get implemented. Overall, if your thinking of joining, then its definitely worth it and you wont regret it, With new features that Stok.ly are implementing, i feel that Stok.ly is the platform that will take our business to the next level!

I have been very disappointed with my…

I have been very disappointed with my experience using Stok.ly. Unfortunately, the level of support provided has not met my expectations. When facing issues, I found it extremely difficult to get the help I needed, even after multiple requests for a call to walk me through the system. Problems that should have been resolved quickly dragged on for more than a month without a clear solution.

Communication was slow, and I often felt left without guidance, which made the platform frustrating and stressful to use. I expected a much more supportive and responsive service, especially when dealing with essential integrations like Xero.

Overall, I cannot recommend Stok.ly based on my experience. I eventually decided to cancel my account as the system became too complicated to manage without proper assistance. I am still a customer and I am not happy the service, that I have received. My account manager is Jacob and I have been a customer since 2020 and the service is getting worst by the day. I want to speak to someone is it difficult to get through to them is all based on email after email. I am tired of email and I am still paying a service that I am not receiving, with I am also considering to take it to fair trade.

I have been a customer since 2020, and Jacob is my current account manager. Unfortunately, the standard of service has declined markedly over time. Despite continuing to pay in full, I am not receiving the service promised.

Reaching anyone by telephone is proving near-impossible; every query is met with yet another email, which is both frustrating and ineffective. I would appreciate a prompt call to discuss my concerns and agree a path forward.

If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I will have no option but to escalate it, including a possible referral to Trading Standards under the fair-trading provisions.

I look forward to your urgent response.

Persistence paid off

Having had a terrible experience with a different vendor, we engaged with Stok.ly
They were very clear on what the system could and could not do, which was refreshing, as opposed to ‘selling the dream’

Iain headed up our initial approach, we were handed over to the implementation team after the project had been scoped

We were mainly integrating with a very bespoke Magento platform, which did create some challenges
The team were very supportive and adapted to our needs with a very open mind, helping us overcome the vast majority of our challenges and integration issues

We feel we have a good working relationship with the team

Support requests are dealt with pretty quickly and the system is stable and reliable
There will always be issues with any system, but the guys don’t hide when this happens and promptly resolve

We’ve recently onboarded with Stok.ly and couldn’t be happier with the experience. James and Adam, in particular, have been exceptional throughout the onboarding process, guiding us seamlessly despite the complexity and breadth of our businesses—spanning both B2B and B2C across multiple platforms.

The support we’ve received has been outstanding, with the team demonstrating a genuine commitment to problem-solving and delivering tangible outcomes. After struggling with an outdated ERP system for years, working with Stok.ly has been a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended!

We moved over our stock management and…

We moved over our stock management and fulfilment systems to Stok.ly in July 2024 from the very poor Cloud commerce Pro.

We were assigned a project manager to ease our transition from our previous provider and complete the required onboarding process. Adam was great in getting us moved across.

We are still pleased with the decision we made to migrate to Stok.ly.

A big thank you to Iain, Adam and Jacob for their assistance.

Excellent inventory management system

Excellent inventory management system, superior to many other systems but not as expensive. I love that you scan a barcode to receive the delivery. Adam was invaluable and patient throughout the onboarding process. We went live In November 2024 (just before xmas) and stokly didn't let us down. I would highly recommend this to anyone out there. Big thanks to Adam, Iain and Jacob for all their help.

Amazing System and a Phenomenal Team

Ive had the privilege of working alongside Iain, James and Adam who have helped me move not just 1, but more than 8 companies to Stok.ly.

Over the past 5 months, the Stokly team have provided me with all of the knowledge and experience to make such a big system migration possible.

Stok.ly itself is an easy to use system which connects to all of our Websites and Marketplaces across multiple companies in our organisation. This was a lot more complicated in our previous system.

The feedback I have recieved from my collegues and warehouse members of staff have all been positive and Stok.ly have always been there for assistance.
Couldnt recommend them enough!

A stock management & fulfilment solution you can depend on...

We migrated our stock management and fulfilment systems to Stok.ly in February 2024.

We were assigned a project manager to ease our transition from our previous provider and complete the required onboarding process. Adam was on hand to answer questions, assist with complex technical configuration and provide guidance to help us get started.

A year later, we are still pleased with the decision we made to migrate to Stok.ly. With almost flawless service and nearly 100% uptime, worrying about the fulfilment of orders is something of the past.

A big thank you to Iain, Adam and Jacob for their assistance over the past 12 months.

Great Services

We recently discovered Stokly for our launch in Ireland, and their service has exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Iain, Kenny and James have been incredibly supportive, addressing any issues promptly and providing thorough training, including helpful video tutorials. I highly recommend Stokly to anyone seeking a user-friendly system with exceptional support.

Great system, very easy to get around!

Great software, Poor Customer Service

We started with Stok.ly during the 1st Lockdown 2020 for our shop and without any face to face training (obviously) we managed to get things up and running. There were teething problems that were eventually sorted apart from one. In all our 3 years with them, they never managed to sort out customers accounts. Also beware of updates. They used to happen and the till would playup/not work and when we phoned, it was due to an upgrade. We eventually sold our shop and wanted to discuss either closing our account or handing over to the new owner and what would we need to do. Once our completion date was confirmed i phoned to discuss this. No-one could help me. It took several phone calls, emails (that weren't answered) and eventually nearly 4 weeks after my first phonecall, without anyone informing me my account was closed with no notice. Just an email saying "Your account is now closed" Its interesting to note that they took full payment on the 13th Nov and closed my account on the 21st November. So I paid a months fee for 8 days... So My reckoning is I'm due a 74% refund?? no?

Very Disappointed

We brought a system outright wth Stok.ly just pre-Covid and all was ok until we closed due to lockdown as the rest of the world.
All other providers were able to put subscriptions on hold, (including credit card machines, coffee machines, waste etc), however when contacting Stok.ly if they would be happy to do the same, they ignored us so we ended up paying a subscription of service that we clearly didn't use for months. When we finally contacted them we will end the subscription, our access was cut that morning instantly although we had paid for the rest of the month! Very unhappy ending to what was a very good sign up and start.

Gosh, this is the good and the bad of Trustpilot. When we saw this come through, we wondered who it was from as we didnt recognise the name. You cancelled your contract in October 2021. We are unsure what has motivated this review as it is not true or fair.
We have a call logged from you on 4th May 2021 asking for an historical credit be applied to your account - because you had NOT written or called during covid to ask for a payment holiday. It is super frustrating to read your review, as we gave hundreds of customers a covid payment break at a huge cost to our business. We let customers break contracts who couldn't survive. This is both unfair and untrue.
If you call to cancel your contract, that is exactly what we do, without quibble.
You processed over 3,000 sales transactions through Stok.ly and we have no record of you ever calling or emailing with a complaint.
We are disappointed you feel the need to post such a vindictive review years after leaving us.

Simplifying the complex.

We are a plumbers merchant and very low tech. Introducing EPOS hasn't been without pain but as novices we have been well supported by the Stok.ly account managers and Customer Care team. Always on hand, willing to explain and answer even the daftest questions, the guys will do everything in their power to help make it work. Like most systems, it's not perfect but it's reasonably priced and has more functionality that we will ever learn how to use!
As with all things, you need to do your homework before you buy to make sure that it meets your exact requirements, will create the right outcomes for your business and that you have time and the level of IT skill required to implement and support it properly.
A great system to simplify the complex and if used well, a very useful tool in the business.

Dissapointed Customer

Recently logged in to downgrade this rating. Unfortunately the customer service has declined to such a low level that I'm struggling to articulate. I never give a low review without having prior contact with a company so this wasn't taken lightly. Waiting for hours and days to deal with problems via multiple emails is now untenable. I feel like an annoyance rather than a valued customer.

Would happily recommend Stok.ly

It has been a difficult year for us and we realised joining up our website was super important as we need to manage our stock better and sell more online. From the moment we found the guys at Stok.ly they have been super helpful and the system, while probably not perfect, does everything they said it would and joins our woocommerce website upto ePos and makes selling online easy to manage. Really please with the service and the easy to use back office. Would happily recommend Stok.ly and the team to anyone!

great system and awesome team

We looked around for an ePos system that connected to our website. We actually found it quite difficult to find a system that actually made this simple, but Stokly does and we are very pleased with our choice. Our account manager Charlie has been a star and i even called him last sunday to ask a question and he answered his phone and helped me! that really is amazing support. Stokly is easy to use and my team love it!! i would absolutely recommend Stokly and we are very pleased with both the system and the excellant customer services, who cant seem to do enough to help us whenever we call.
