I have had three of these and the shower head is great.
However I ordered another one on the 16/03 but have never received it.
I've emailed several times and get the same response "it's on the way"
Can't give me any tracking details and the web site just says ordered

Poor made products over recent times I've had shower heads water filters all poorly made leaking heavily after few uses this company is a fraud. Avoid and just buy a proper shower don't listen to the false propaganda this company pushes out. The products are of a very poor quality and do not last if you don't believe me purchase and see then. Headaches trying to get your money back or even a response from customer services.

The shower filter was not universal, did not fit our shower and it took weeks for the company to respond to emails if they responded at all. Huge waste of money, do NOT buy from Stonestream.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years. I’ll share feedback ;
1. Bought a pressure boosting shower head and hose due to claims of increasing water pressure by up to 212% …
2. The product sent didn’t make any difference to water pressure
3. Emailed customer service December 10th to express my disappointment. Took a week to respond with a request to send a video. Sent it on dec 17
4. No response until prompted by email from me - on the 21 st to say I had no zero response. Randomly got an email in Christmas Day to say how seriously they were taking my complaint
5. It’s now Jan 6th and heard nothing since.
Trash product. Pathetic customer service. Wouldn’t recommend their product or service to anyone

Sendungsnummer ohne dass man weiß welche Spedition es liefert. Seit dem 20.11 unterwegs obwohl es angeblich nach 3 Tagen ankommen soll.
Keine Telefonnummer. Auf die Mail wird 10 Tage bereits nicht reagiert.

My shower head was leaking they asked for a picture..I thought I resolved the issue now my shower head as started leaking again I emailed them for refund no reply

These shower head filters come with lots of claims. But empirical evidence suggests they are false. I bought a water hardness testing kit at the same time as these shower heads. The hardness was exactly the same before and after installation. Ie, you are paying for an expensive and polluting gimmick that effectively does nothing. The shower head itself is fine, but don’t waste money on replacing stones that have ZERO effect on your water quality.

Avoid This Company.
I would have given zero rating if the option available.
They sent me a faulty water filter with damaged thread at the bottom making it impossible to be connected to the shower arm.
I have contacted them several times via email and filling in their online contact form but never received any reply! The fact that they do not have a contact phone number should make it clear that they are somehow in a scam business. They do not even honour their own T&C.
It is really annoying when noting that they do not even publish negative reviews on their website!
I shall report this to the Police and their Action Fraud team.

I received the kitchen tap shower extension on 15th September without any fitting instructions. I was requested to send photos of my tap which I did. I have repeatedly requested a response acknowledgment:reply. Still nothing and no other means to contact them. Obviously the product is useless to me until fitted. Customer service appealing.

When you purchase the item on Amazon and you need to replace the stones, they will not ship to California. The stones are 50% the cost of a new complete unit. This is a total scam. The unit itself is average at best.

I disagree with previous reviews. I ordered replacement stones off the website as they were cheaper than Amazon. I was quoted 7 to 10 days delivery. Ordered on a Sunday and arrived following Saturday. The stones were bagged and there too many to put in the showerhead so may have enough to do another stone change once I get to the end of my three bags. There is no scam and had no issues.

I ordered a stonestream filter at start of July. My order processed immediately, then got an email to track my delivery with no tracking number but the email quotes 7-10 days despite the website estimating a few days to deliver. I then complained to customer service but had no response. Then randomly yesterday (3 weeks since purchase) I get a tracking number and it's says 7-10 days. The tracking number had no delivery company associated with it. Seems like a massive scam, don't bother with this.

They have falsely advertised there products. Do not purchase can cause health issues. Filters deteriorate and consume themselves and causes rust. Can be really really harmful to your health and well-being. They ignore complaints trying to get ACCC and state involved to help out companies should not get away with this.

I ordered a shower head 2 weeks before mothers day and it still hasn't arrived days after. The email also shows a different color was sent then I selected. I will be disputing this company with my bank. Save yourself the hassle and use Amazon. 2 Day shipping!

Shower jets started weaving after a few weeks. Cleaned as instructed but goes back to doing the same after a few days. Customer service was good which is why I’ve given an extra star but the jet part of the shower isn’t the best and gets spray everywhere unfortunately.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered an item and it doesn't fit so requested to send it back.
This has been going on since Sept '24, it's now Feb '25. They finally agreed to me sending the item back at my cost, tracked and signed for.
They asked me to email them when I had sent it back, which I did with all the tracking info.
That was 15 days ago, they haven't acknowledged the email or issued a refund so I've had to email and chase this again.
This has to be the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

I've used the Original Shower Stream in both of my bathrooms. They've performed perfectly. When one of the shower spray's little "holes" started shooting out sideways, I cleaned it as instructed by Shower Stream in a vinegar solution and the problem was solved just like they said. We have very hard water. We love the gentle spray and the on/off switch is so helpful when I'm washing our dogs in the shower. Love this product and definitely recommend it.

The products are actually amazing! I’ve been using them for the past 2 years and it really does increase water pressure and filter the water you can tell on your hair.
The issue with this company is though, you order something and it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive even though they charge you for 4 day delivery!
Their customer service is actually shocking! They respond stupid things to your enquiry that makes no sense!
Whoever is running shipping needs to sort it out as the products are actually great it’s just shipping and customer service that ruin it!

Brought shower head before Christmas. Had no pressure weaker than our ordinary shower head . Emailed twice and had reply both times to say had received emails but had no replies to either. No customer service.
