Ordered a pallet of sandstone to be delivered to my job.I was told they would be coming on the Wednesday. We waited all day for delivery and it did not come. When I called they said it was coming on Thursday and someone was meant to phone and let me know
It is now Thursday and nothing has turned up again
I called and they said 1pm, it is now coming up to 4pm and they are still not here
I have lost a days work because of it and my clients are not happy
I will not be using them again

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Your comments are important to us and taken on board moving forward.
We’re sorry to read that your stone delivery wasn’t delivered within your expected time frame. I appreciate your order was placed Monday (31.01.2022) with the expected date of arrival to be Wednesday 02.02.2022 (based on a 48hour service) however, we do have to rely on third party companies to dispatch our stone and trust that they will adhere to our requested delivery date. Periodically through no fault of our own there are occasions where there are regrettable delays, this could be down to a number of issues for example, the sheer volume of traffic through a particular hub, or simply a driver issue / shortage.
I fully appreciate your frustrations with regards to lose earnings, but we are not liable for this. Please refer to our Delivery T&Cs found on our website for more information. Karen (Office manager) will give you a call early next week.

Excellent service and quality stone
This company supplied me with excellent quality stone and werr easy and friendly to deal with. They recommended Neil at Stone Landscapes to lay the patio and his team did an excellent job. The patio was laid to a very high standard and I'd recommend both companies.

More than a good service
After dealing with another tile company online and waiting in for 2 whole days, received nothing and had appalling customer service, I was so pleased to have come across Stone Traders, talk to Ed and within 2 days I had my stones. I had communication from the delivery people and the driver even wheeled my stones all the way to my front gate. It was more than a good service. Thank you

Delivery came on day expected with a very polite driver who did everything to help and assist switch exact location of the drop. The staff are very helpful with purchase advising customer with choice and installation . Excellent service would definitely use Stone Traders again and have already advised friends to go there if thinking of their landscaping purchase.
