Arrived in good time👍

We have been buying stone from Stone Traders since 2006. After a recent experience from another company that failed to deliver, we decided to write a review so as to highlight suppliers that can be depended upon. Stonetraders are slightly above average on cost and on quality. Beyond this, if there is ever a problem with the order, it gets corrected within a few days. Highly recommended. Thanks to John.

Stone trader’s delivered yet another great new porcelain slab this week to site. It was my first experience of Andy Crane delivering. What a great partnership that is. A polite, considerate and very helpful driver. Then to receive great advice from Karen in the office about the product and choice of pointing. Won’t go anywhere else.

Good service generally, received call to discuss and agreed delivery date although this was not confirmed at any time so communication could be improved. However, now feel frustrated over the deliver cost charged as it was extortionate, delivery costs indicated from £25/Pallet so having to pay nearly £400 for delivery and receiving only four pallets i feel this is a rip off and that maybe the discounted price on the stone has been covered in the delivery cost. Given the quantity of stone purchased, the cost for delivery was nearly 14% for four pallets which is very expensive and unacceptable.

I ordered a sample and it was a good size to be able to see what the full size pavers are likely to look like. It arrived quickly and I appreciated that they used recyclable packaging.

Great customer service - arranged a special order, great product, delivered on time. Special shout out to Karen (office manager) who was super helpful!

I had been looking to extend my existing patio but had been struggling to find a way to buy the 7m2 of Indian sandstone which I required for the job. Most options on the internet forced me to buy a minimum of 15m2 which was simply too much in terms of materials and cost. That was until I discovered Stone Traders. They allowed me to purchase the paving I needed by the m2, and with a combination of sizes.

Not only were they friendly, and extremely accommodating to my delivery needs, they also went out of their way to help.

The paving arrived on time, and was a perfect match to my existing patio. Overall an excellent service and I would highly recommend.

Paving slabs received and look great and we're at a good price.

Delivery was awful. Ordered at the weekend, paid £87 + £5 surcharge for delivery in 2 working days. Received phone call on Monday to say delivery would be on Wednesday. Received another call on Wednesday to say delivery was on Thursday. Nothing came on Thursday. Called them on Friday and he was adamant it was delivered on Wednesday but did promise to double check and update me. I didn't get any update but thankfully it was delivered later on on Friday. But this wasn't a 2 working day delivery as I paid for. Very disappointed.

Take the pallets away please, what are we supposed to do with them

From start to finish Stone Traders have been a pleasure to deal with. I was given excellent advice on the different products and staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The delivery was on time and the driver very helpful. I would recommend Stone Traders to anyone looking for a high quality product and great customer support.

Perfect patio,
I needed 55 sq m of paving stone for the patio and searching on line I came across Stonetraders sale on Indian tiles.
They arrived within days and are just what we wanted. The price was easily the most competitive.

High quality tiles , professional, friendly service and good value. All staff very knowledgable and helpful. Deliveries were prompt and hassle free.

My order hasn't arrived within a week despite choosing 48h delivery in the checkout. Had to cancel and buy elsewhere.

Stone is perfect and just what we want. However, there is no confirmation email sent for the product. I have to make phone call to confirm the deliver date.
