Good prices, very good customer service

Wrong tiles sent initially, but anyone can make mistakes. The test of a good company is how they deal with these mistakes. I phoned and got straight through to a person who understood the problem, was genuinely apologetic, and phoned me back within two minutes with a solution. Less than 24 hours later I had the correct tiles delivered, and the wrong ones taken away. Thank you very much.

My tiles arrived early!

My tiles arrived the day after I ordered them by a very helpful and pleasant driver what a surprise they were due the next day.Rest of my order came as expected.Delighted with them

Time wasters

Took online order, then asked me to call my bank for an authorisation code (kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering) because my delivery address and billing address were different. I got the code for them they they said that it didn't work, so I had to cancel my order and replace it where the delivery address and billing address were the same. My father-in-law drove 15 miles this morning to be in for the delivery and they've just emailed to say that the tiles are out of stock and that they're going to have to refund me. Rubbish customer service all round.

We asked for the authorisation code as some of your details did not match, then when you re ordered the codes did match but we later found that there is no stock, We apologise for any inconvenience caused and that we had left it late to make you aware as we had been only made aware the same day from our supplier.

I mistakingly made my order twice. I was called the next morning and asked if I made a mistake. I thought it was very efficient of Stonetrader to notice that, rather than just sending me both orders. Thank you.

One of the friendliest companies to deal with

Firstly Stone Traders customer service is second to none! They are so helpful and very efficient.
Secondly I order tiles regularly and for what I use them for I love them and so do my customers. I highly recommend Stone Traders to friends and family all the time

Dreadful communication during delivery process.

The price and quality of the products is excellent, but communication throughout delivery was non-existant.
Half of my order was dispatched from another warehouse using a different courier. This portion of my order arrived 5 days after the first part of the delivery (this is not stonetrader's fault - more so the courier company that is used).
I had to phone stonetrader on 5 consecutive days, and had people waiting in for delivery on 3 days before this portion of my order was delivered. This wasn't a very good experience.

As we do not stock everything in one warehouse we sometimes send one order as 2 parts, this does in no means excuse the amount of time you waited for your second delivery, If its something we can improve on we will have a good look into this.
