They are ripping people off and do not care about customer at all charging 30.00 for insurance and you can get your own online at discount storage unit insurance for 8.00 a month then they have a proc... Ver mais

StorageMart on Mapleview Drive, Barrie is clean, dry, temperature controlled, well lit, & has good security including good access times. When moving is exhaustive & unexpected situations arise it's such a relief to have great staff who go the extra mile with customer service. Shaun, the site manager is polite, professional & attentive to the happenings on site & quick to deal with anything that arises. Olina, whom I've dealt with the most, is always cheerful, energetic, & quick to assist - whether it's staying late to greet us when an extra unit was needed ASAP, or even with small matters like lending a charging cord! She makes every encounter not only enjoyable & lighthearted, but easy & smooth no matter what it is. It's the exceptional customer service that turns a well run facility from great, to excellent. Well done!

I was in panic because I couldn't get my key out of the lock on my unit. I went to the office and Mel came right out to help, he was able to cut the lock off and lucky for me he had new locks for sale at the office.
Mel is a kind man and is always eager to help.

I rented a unit a few months back at the New Berlin location. I was told that my annual rate was $289 by the woman who setup the lease. After a couple months, my rate was raised by $58. I just spoke to the Property Manager of the New Berlin location. He told me that rent increases were in the fine print. I said I asked many questions and fully understood that my ANNUAL rate would be $289/month. I asked why these astronomical increases were not mentioned during lease setup. His reply "we do not mention the rent increases during lease setup because if we did, no one would sign a lease with us." I said that seemed pretty shady and would like to speak to a manager or someone in corporate. He repeatedly asked why and I told him I would like to discuss his attitude in email/phone call and the price increases with someone higher than him. He replied that I have an attitude problem. Yes - as a paying customer, I am upset with this treatment, however there was no yelling, name calling, profanities, or anything on my part to be rude or out of line. Questioning their antics is not an "attitude problem," however only points to his lack of professionalism and customer service.

We had a good experience with StorageMart #605 on Bandera. Good service, easy access and reasonable prices.

I left my belongings at the storage facility back in 2013, thinking I would be back in a year or two. As it turns out, when I went home to help I ended up staying there for 11 years. During the entire time that I stored my property, the managers were extremely kind and helpful, especially Mike. Mike I can't tell you how much of a blessing you have been to me over the years. May God continue to bless and keep you and yours always. Linda

Simply amazing from start to finish. Shrub End Colchester Unit. Super staff, polite, smart, helpful, nothing too much trouble. Everything explained clearly and followed up by email if required. Unit was clean dry and everywhere well lit. Access was easy even on top floor and security first class throughout the whole complex. Prices were very reasonable. There were no comparable units anywhere for 20 miles and so many of those were dirty and just a large metal container in the middle of nowhere without ample lighting and with muddy access.
I would not hesitate to use them again, cancellation simple and ok at last minute on end of the month used. Terms and conditions easy to understand. Would not hesitate to use them again any time. Special thanks to Rhys the manager for his endless patience.

If you're considering StorageMart on Metcalf Ave, reconsider. The manager physically assaulted my wife, accusing her of trespassing and grabbing her in a way that worsened her back injury. Police got involved and seemed more concerned about the assault than anything else. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your safety or belongings.

PLEASE BELIEVE!!! every review on rate increases!, DON’T rent here!, management DON’T do anything!, they blame corporate!! AND they say "I don't know when the rate increases!!" Management knows and they are liars!!. Just moved in 3 months ago on a special. The rate doubled on a 10x12 on the 4th month. I questioned how long will the rate remain at this special prior to moving in. Management didn't know and had no clue. When that 4th month came, they don't work with you BUT they have all the information to give you when and why the rate went up! Had I known this, I would've never moved in this place. StorageMart brought out the previous place and StorageMart is the worst of them. YES!! They are a rip off! The rate continously goes up! Especially within a 2wk notice. Customer service (management) is terrible when you have to LIE for the business! StorageMart DON'T deserve a star!! DON'T believe the hype on how good they are. They must still have that "special rate". You'll thank US later!! NOT StorageMart!!! Run....run....run...

I highly recommend the Storage Mart at 2701 West O Street in Lincoln NE. They're associates are very friendly and professional and helped me get a unit that fit my needs right away. Property and buildings/units were very clean!! Thanks again for your help!

East Kent's location in East Vancouver rips people off in the same way as any other locations they operate. StorageMart is known as a sleazy sneaky business after I spoke to my friends who left this storage. The way they operate sets people to be ripped off. I paid for climate control but there is NO climate control. I've decided to move out and will never look back.

If last year Storage mart was great, this year it's very disappointing. Price increased by 105%
This is price gauging, but it's ok, there are many other options. Maybe management changed, but they won't go far with those prices and attitude.

Our company has multiple units here and the manager, Paul, was super helpful and patient when we needed some assistance with paperwork. The facility is very secure and clean and we have only had positive experiences.
