Excellent help and service
Staff very friendly and helpful from my first inquiry to my most recent visit where I needed their universal padlock key. On that visit I purchased a variety of packing cartons and Mark worked out a very suitable discount for the bulk purchase. He was very helpful in his recommendations for suitability of the cartons purchased. Storage King sells everything needed for packing and storage (even down to the packing knife). Excellent help and service.

Very friendly helpful staff especially the…branch manager !
Very friendly staff especially the manager at the Blacktown who assisted with a truck delivery for storage. Was kind enough to give me a free bottle of lovely cold water on a hot day after seeing how hot i was. Highly recommend

Good unit location but unit needs improvement
Got a good storage unit location but it's not that secure from wildlife getting in. A possum has been visiting my unit since there is such a large gap between the wall and roof. Also a light hasn't been working for a month and I have to take a ladder down to change the globe that was given to us by staff as they are not allowed to use a ladder. Not sure how the other light globes are changed around the complex. Good easy to get to location and keypad entry to complex easy to use. Friendly staff at reception.
