Booking good but furniture covered in dust
Customer service for booking was good.
Returned to my storage unit after 5 days to add more items to find all my timber furniture was covered in what looked like cement dust. Not easy to wipe off and I was not expecting this or I would have covered everything. Disappointed.

Very helpful on the initial phonecall as I needed a storage room fairly quickly. Then also great at showing me the site and finalising paperwork. No problems accessing the site since.

From the word go the team at the office was super helpful it felt like rolling up to a fancy hotel! The warehouse is very clean, well-lit and most importantly, loading access is so much simpler than other places I've used in the past. Very happy with the result.
