I got free upgrade and one month free insurance as part of a promotion and being able to access items in storage and add to the contents has been great. Raghu and Hayden at castle hill were very helpful

Excellent customer service! The manager here went above and beyond for me to fit me in at such last notice!! I arrived so late at night from an interstate move and for Gary to do that work me was very nice of him, I appreciate it a lot! :) If he didn’t organise it such late notice I literally would have been stuck with no where to put my furniture so I appreciate it 1000%! They help you so much and always ensure your receiving excellent customer service! I highly recommend! :)

The service provided was very good. I used the truck which was very helpful. Thank you. One thing that needs attention is the drivers seat. It gave me a significant pain in my left leg.
