From my first contact with Erin and the signing up process it was all very easy. Erin was very helpful and the locker was clean and ready to go. Our access is straightforward and we feel safe at any time of day when accessing the building. All safety and security measures are there for peace of mind. The whole facility is very clean.

Couldn't be happier with Storage King…
Couldn't be happier with Storage King Cheltenham. Their website is very informative and has ample tools to help you plan and choose your storage needs. Staff were ever so helpful and patient with my numerous calls and questions and were only too happy to reserve me a unit despite not being 100% sure of when I could/would confirm. The site is immaculately kept. Security is A1. Trolleys and lifts work seamlessly. Lighting in corridors automatic/on sensors. Music plays in the event you are there alone and feeling whatever. Excellent range of packing materials at really good prices. No regrets whatsoever.

From the first contact with Storage…
From the first contact with Storage King, I was impressed by the phone manner in which they responded. The follow up with prices and other details were promptly sent by email. once the order was agreed, I requested boxes and they were delivered to my office. I also requested a reputable furniture removalist they could recommend. They suggested Andrew from Complete Moving Company.
He was excellent.
For a busy person like myself, my move was made so easy.
I will highly recommend Storage King to any future owners and tenants who may be looking for a storage solution to suit their needs.

Happy Customer thus far
I researched several storage options and decided on Storage King. The facility in Bay Road Cheltenham is modern, clean, easy to access via PIN and seems very secure. Erin the Manager was helpful and a small hiccup soon after taking the storage space was resolved promptly and efficiently to my satisfaction. Thus far I am a happy customer.
