I have been a little busy with selling my old house to consider a review until now and I will say from the outset that no one is ever going to be perfect so hence the 4 stars the only critique of the facility is upon my initial arrival an explanation of how the lighting system works would have been helpful but the storage space is ideal for me and access is good 👍 thanks for good price and courteous customer service on my arrival good job 👏 thank you 😊

We used Storage King to dilute our personal stuff from our house to present it for sale. Fantastic service and awesome price - we had a great rate plus a month free. Thanks for the advice and great service Cleveland Storage King.

I will NEVER use Storage Thieves again!
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS THAT WOULD BE TOO MANY!! I am being asked to vacate after only 5 weeks as they are undertaking major renovations. Had I known this, I would have found an alternate solution. The team at Cleveland (super helpful and caught in the crossfire) were not aware of this when I rented the space, but head office were. Knowing this they thought it appropriate to squeeze a few more weeks revenue out of a space that was soon to disappear! An appalling money grab and no thought for the customer. SHAMEFUL!

We were so excited to get a place at Storage King in Cleveland recently for our caravan and Natalie couldn't be more helpful.
When we parked our caravan we found the spot was actually too narrow for our van which was so disappointing, but this wasnt Natalies fault. Our van was 9metres long. We hope in the future a wider caravan spot may become available for us at Cleveland Storage King. They were so heloful. Judy & Michael Howe
