Easy access, clean, good sized lots, good value

Staff were very friendly. Facilities are easy to use, and in good working order. There’s soap to wash your hands when you’ve finished. All padlock free using latest technology.

Excellent, helpful staff. All options were made known to me. LG was helpful in sizing my requirements and reserving my spot. She stepped me through the electronic entry/exit and access to my space. She has been available at the facility each time I've dropped by to get/put things. A pleasure.

Everything was OK although I did not think the App made it easier. Also did not like walking around the complex to guide the truck and having to physically be there. A bit unnecessary.
Apart from that the Customer Service was great and the Receptionist very helpful with the app and instructions etc.

Needed insurance for items that my insurer wouldn’t cover for theft spoke to a consultant problem solved for a very little cost per month I’m now covered.

We booked a unit and then got the opportunity to store our belongings elsewhere. After paying in full we then phoned to cancel our unit. I was told it would be 3 to 4 days for our refund. After 3 days, l went to find out why we hadn’t received our refund. I then then told no information was relayed regarding our cancellation and because we didn’t give 2 weeks notice a fee would be applied. We didn’t even take possession of said unit. Eventually we got our refund minus $70. I expected an administration fee of around $20 to $30 but this amount was ridiculous. A really good way of making money for nothing.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The app is really good.

The staff made the whole procedure very easy. The storage locker is clean, the app is easy to use. We are very happy with our experience with Storage King.
