The site manager is fantastic, you're online system is not so good.
I tried booking my storage online and it kept referring me to a different site even though the site I had chosen clearly had a vacancy, I had to ring confirmed it was there and book it on the phone.

Michael was very helpful. Michael had to deal with some difficult unanticipated events when the removal van arrived - for example: lift not fully operational, one storage unit not vacated on time. He dealt with these issues effectively and with good humour. Thanks Michael. Very helpful.

Mike was excellent in finding me a unit.
Mike was excellent in finding me a 3 x 6 outdoor storage unit that I can pull up to with my car. It has helped immensely with our move back down to Rosebud.
The only thing that would make your location better would be 24 hour access to the site. I am always rushing to finish up before 8pm so I don't set off the alarm.

As I’ve said before very clean with storage in a dry secure well thought out building, the manager is a positive man and very helpful.
