Amazing service
The Storage King Manager Jason, went above and beyond to help me on the day of my move after the online contact centre had booked a storage unit that was far too small to store all of my belongings. I had just moved from nearly 3 hours away and was so stressed on the day of my move but nothing was too much for Jason. He decided to show me a few units he had available, got an idea of my inventory and organised a new storage unit that thankfully was able to fit all my household belongings. I could not have been more relieved that Jason was there on the day and I would recommend anyone that is looking at storage options to contact him directly, he is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service.
Thank you Jason for all your support on the day of my move.

Took 3 attempts to secure a storage facility and by the time I was able to book the one I wanted was not available and needed to spend an additional $400 a month

Our storage unit has been broken into…
Our storage unit has been broken into twice in the last 6 weeks. The whole facility has been broken into 4 times (at least) in the past 6 weeks. The level of security and customer service is appalling. Still waiting for the Area Manager to get in contact with her e-mail.
