I'm having an ongoing battle with them…
Up until recently, I've had no problems with them however, at the moment, I'm having an ongoing battle with them about overcharging my credit card for storage fees. I'll wait until the 1st of next month to see what has happened.
They don't call back and I only get updates when I ring them.
The previous manager was brilliant in every aspect of the business.

The trusted relationship between 'Extra Care Removalists' and Storage King made the moving process incredibly easy. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They gave me confidence in handling the things I hadn't even thought about. They didn't bog me down in the details but kept me very informed.
