Refused the use of the van
We were offered the use of the van, however, as we have just relocated to the ACT, we were refused use due to not having a physical license, as opposed to an interim licence issued until the card arrived.
We even took our passports in, however, due to Area manager telling us it was Company Policy, we were refused. So we wasted a day going over to move some items etc. Rather backward attitude considering a Passport is the highest form of government identification.
Mark & Donovan have been a treat to deal with, which is why we hired a second storage bay, however, after this episode, we have cancelled 1 bay and hope to empty the next shortly.

Great customer service
Great customer service, accommodating, safe and secure and most of all, has generous capacity for disposing of unwanted goods with bonus moving van included in the price of storage.
