The service both in person and on the phone were happy, informative, successful interactions. The storage space is clean and so is the hallways and driveways. The trolley available to borrow is great too

Overall awesome experience
The lady at the counter was so helpful with everything. She made sure we understood everything, including the way the code is entered onto the pad and also informed us we had Access to the bathroom facilities and directed us to the location
Air conditioning is amazing and felt more at ease our furniture will be sitting in cooled air
Overall we are pleased with your service

The information I received was clear to understand and the service was friendly and concise. The procedures for entering and leaving the storage complex were clearly explained and every step shown personally by the manager.

I have found the service of Storage King to be seamless. The lovely ladies made my transition from moving my home to a safe environment by explaining everything clearly. They were friendly and helpful in every respect, and explained the confidentiality part of things, which made me feel that Storage King was the best place to leave my possessions. I will be recommending Storage King to anyone that is needing a place to call home for their belongings. 😊
