When I met Peter the first time he was very informative friendly and welcoming. He has explained everything to me in detail how things are done as I have never rented storage before he walked me through the facility and showed me how things work. Offered me the best price and gave me a set of locks. Everything is straight forward now as I navigate my way through the place coming and going.

I could not be happier with the excellent service given by Ben at Rouse Hill. He rang me with any issues if they arose, and always gave me all the information I needed.
