Great customer service from George, he was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Just started hiring a space and good and effective response since then

How expensive and there are no bins to put recycle or rubbish bins as other storage places have access to these facilities and cheaper. No access to electricity when was told alllowed, mice ruined my belongings and then when I told them I was leaving they asked me for 2 weeks notice, what a joke

Very friendly from first contact then all questions was answered with no hesitation

Office team members where great. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Site is nice and tidy.
Good rates too.

I wish I could leave a more positive review, my intial sign up with Storage King Windsor was extremely positive- Deb at the front desk was fantastic, allowed me to borrow the van for move in and out, and I had no problems during my lease of the unit
HOWEVER- issues arouse when I called up to cancel... Im now living interstate but came down for two days to remove the last couple of pieces in my unit, which I explained over the phone to the new receptionist who laughed off the time constraints I had. She said she was having trouble with the booking and would call me back that afternoon to finalise the closure and to confirm my booking for the van the following day. I didn't receive a call back, had to go back in person the next day. I came into two receptionists sitting around talking, was told sorry but they were too "busy" to call me back and that the van that was sitting in the driveway was already booked out for the day.
I would need to miss a day at work and drive again interstate if I wanted to proceed with the hire the following week
Only after I had booked the van was I told of the $150 day hire fee, that Ive never been asked to pay in the past, for a trip that would take me maybe an hour total (loading, unloading, travel from and back)
To make matters worse the receptionist the day prior on the phone had said it would be free.
I'm completely at a loss of words for how different my arrival vs my move out was handled, there was no understanding or empathy for the mishandling of information and I wasn't given any leeway after which.
Safe to say im glad I no longer am dealing with Storage King Windsor.

On another note, I was emailed four weeks ago about a $10 increase to my unit charge and as of two weeks ago was charged an extra $30.

Be weary if you're considering leasing through these guys and go over your contracts about prices thoroughly

Friendly staff. Helpful. Good access hours.. clean , good security.. convenient locations.. Ive used two different kings storage facilities & both had 2 female staff and all were very polite. Being Magraths Hill & South Windsor..Well spoken. Always I smile as I always paid in cash , monthly.. I personally found this convenient as I don’t like direct debit. Or giving my bank details.. I would definitely recommend..
