I’ve had two experiences with Chelsea FC Offical Store in recent weeks. First, to buy a kit for my daughter for her 9th birthday, of course she needed the latest version!
Website was easy to use. Quick delivery, well packaged & the material quality of the kit itself is A1.
Her birthday came round, loves her kit - literally so made up but then I had an issue (which I won’t go into) but I jumped on the online chat as a quick way to get hold of someone, spoke with Ruth, she was super helpful, quick to assist & rectified the issue promptly. I then got a follow up confirmation email before she was even able to message me to say I should expect one shortly. Very satisfied with everything, as a family we’re huge Chelsea Fans & it won’t be long before I’m back ordering more items!

Delivery was scheduled for the 15th of June 2026 but item arrived on the 12th of June.
Packaging was equally spot on.

Ordere new shirt arrived on time and shirt good . Was bit miffed as was unable to get chelsea membership discount
