Our family are truly grateful for the exceptional care, advice and support James provided at the Irvine branch. As soon as we walked into the shop, James showed genuine compassion and a willingness to understand the challenges faced by my Father-in-Law, as well as how this was affecting my Mother-in-Law in the home.

Thanks to James’s patience and knowledge, he helped us to select mobility aids that have allowed my Father-in-Law to regain a sense of independence that we thought was lost. The difference this has made in his confidence and happiness is immeasurable. Just as importantly, my Mother-in-Law has found much-needed relief and can now relax in their home as after such a long time, she can now put her feet up and have a cup of tea made for her 😊 Importantly, James understood that my In-Laws were proud of their home and didn’t necessarily want mobility aids that felt like they were living in a clinical setting. They now have a beautiful leather ‘sit to rise’ chair that on first glance, looks like a matching chair to their existing three-piece suite. Additionally, James went above and beyond in ensuring speedy and hassle free delivery.

If my Father-in-Law’s needs mean that he requires more mobility assistance, then our first port of call will most definitely be to Easy Living Mobility. We are reassured that James will help us to identify the most suitable products to help my Father-in-Law lead the most independent life for as long as possible.

We took my Mum to the store and Luke was extremely helpful and patient. We purchased several items including a chair which was delivered promptly.

I had a problem with removing the battery from my mum's wheelchair. I contacted the phone number given, an email was speedily sent to the store manager who contacted me with advice. Problem sorted. He was better than the manual!

Louise sold me an s700 last year and has been nothing but helpful ever since . A very informative and knowledgeable shop assistant

The guy in shop was excellent, v helpful and knowledgeable. Got me sorted with the right recliner for me. Went in on a Monday, and recliner was delivered on the Thursday! Delivery guys were great, v friendly and got chair set up for me where I wanted it. They explained the remote clearly to me, and answered any questions I had. I couldn't fault them. I rang easy living phone number a couple of times before delivery, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shop manager was excellent very helpful and polite gave us all the information we needed nothing was to much trouble for him cud not thank him enough

Cannock shop is best one by far the manager is best by far as she looks after her customer and shop looks good as everything layout

From start to finish it was so easy and everyone was freindly and helpful. Unfortunately the scooter wasnt right for me because of my knee issues so had to return it. I have had no issues at all everyone is still really helpful even though I've returned it. I wanted to put a comment about returning it if it's not right because my biggest fear was that they wouldn't let me return it and I was wrong. Please order with confidence that you can return for a different scooter or a full refund.
I was also given advice on maybe trying a power scooter to help with my knees (not sure why but dont really want a wheelchair at the moment)

She was very patient and allowed me to ponder for a considerable amount of time about which, if any, mobility scooter I was going to buy. She knew her product exceptionally well and was extremely professional and informative. I would highly recommend dealing with this Company if you’re looking for caring staff who want to help you make the right decision for your mobility needs.
