The excellent customer service provided by Kayelynn. She was genuinely kind and helpful; we need more people like her in the world, especially in customer service. This is a great company! I had previously purchased a 2020 version and 3 years later could not locate the download. They were able to send me a link to receive what I had previously paid for. Good product; problematic mechanics in opening and installing.
The product, itself, is good. The problem I had is that when I save an unfinished file, I could not open it by double clicking on the file (a standard way of opening a file). I had to call customer support and learned that it had to be opened from the file menu.

Easy access
I’ve been following Nolo for a long time. I believe right after the Divorce Clinic era. Great material easy to follow, my first encounter with nolo was when I had to file for BK back in 80’s!!!
