Parts were correct and easy to install. Only comment shipping and handling is pricey.

I bought these batteries to replace the old ones in my Chamberlain Liftmaster. My previous batteries lasted 8 years! I was so glad to find these at a reasonable price for 2, instead of replacing the casing as well. Cheapest price I was able to find. Shipping time was pretty decent (in accordance to what's standard now) and batteries were labeled as manufactured this year. I hope these last just as long as the original.

I ordered wrong wind on my torsion spring. After an email I got a reply with instructions on how to use the spring I had. Quick reply and fixed the issue.

Placed a order for the part needed . Received an E-Mail the following day the part would be shipped. A few days later received the part and installed it. Just like America used to work Thank You Preferred Doors LLC

did not receive my product yet but shipping has been very good at updating me. I live in Hawaii so im use to shipping cost but when my shipping is just as much as my products it hurts the pocket.
