Good in store experience

Really unhappy . Bought the napoleonic and ACW commander packs. 5 15 mm mounted figures with NO BASES, where the pictures clealy show the plastic bases. Also purchased the ACW iron brigade, here at least they had bases, BUT the pips that should have gone into the bases from the figures where either completely absent or off centre. Sounds like small things but for the price they should be perfect or as near as possible.

The products are brilliant really well made. The one thing that really stands out with WARLORD games you can tell they have a core emphasis on excellent customer service. Weather my order be online, by phone or my occasional visit to the HQ in Nottingham. The staff have always been really helpful. You can ask them anything from painting advice, historical accuracy's or clarification on rules etc. If they don't know the answer they will find out for you.
