The store is filthy, the inventory is limited and the staff and management are nasty. You’ll see a new person there every other week.

They sell diseased fish. You can just look at the aquariums and see why.

I highly suggest Benson’s or Petco in Pittsfield

casi matan a mi perro solo tiene un mes y medio cuando lo fui a recojer me vino con un OJO INCHADO ,LLORANDO y CON LA PATA ROTA.

Compre un terrario grande, primero me lo querian mandar en uber en moto, les dije que no, que seguro llegaría roto!!
Lo mandaron en un coche de disque un mensajero interno, llegó con un vidrio roto!! aparte argumentan que de la tienda salió bien, y ni evidencias tienen de eso! y ahora que si quiero cambiarlo o rembolso, yo tengo que ir a la tienda... no se hacen responsables, pésimo servicio, pesima venta!!

It didn't have a good experience purchasing at Petco. Available employee were too busy doing nothing instead help me and my daughter with her questions and whatever it was necessary for the pet. It was her birthday, I though at least some employee would be helpful to assist us during the purchase. Decided to not purchase anything there at the time - and never. The experience was not good, decided to make my purchase some elsewhere.

Me enteré de todo le an roto la columna a un perro y le dejaron un ojo Rojo a otro le cortaron la orejo son horribles en redes sociales me enteré pondré una fecha falsa porque no me pasó pero les dejaré la reseña

I've been a long time customer at Petco, Their staff is a bit undertrained in my opinion, please research what your pets needs before buying them at Petco, but they are incredibly friendly and do try their best. The dog toys are averagely durable, unlike some online alternatives, the vet spots are good to.

The store was low on the stock I was looking for. Staff were not attentive or good at offering assistance.

compre Vital care por que no tengo cerca ningun petco queria el servicio a domicilio gratis y los descuentos de comida y arena para gato. Nunca funciono el descuento desde el dia 1 lo note el dia 2 lo reporte no me han resuelto nada, fue dinero tirado a la basura no compren vital care si no les dan sus cupones tiraron el dinero a la basura.
Lo reporte multiples veces solo dan largas dicen que lo van a escalar pero es pura mentira. No compren nunca vital care solo los hara perder dinero tiempo y haran corajes

Lleve mi perrita raza pequeña a corte y baño a las 2:25 supuestamente estaría 5:30 y me la entregaron después de 9:00 pm. Cerraron tienda y aún no terminaban

I have the Petco app and I love their rewards system works great to save money and I came on here to write a review bc I ordered my pet food and it was accidentally delivered to my old address bc I moved a couple months ago and I called them soon as it said it was delivered bc I realized it was the wrong address and the same day they sent me a new case of the dog food free of charge! I was beyond grateful!

Empresa en Chile con un pésimo servicio y atención al Cliente, por su web. De paso para cualquier reembolso te dicen que en un máximo de 96 horas y luego no dan respuesta, siempre que están Validando. Y de paso borran los comentarios de Reclamo que se colocan en su perfil en Instagram para que no se conozca el Desastre que tienen aquí en su Web. No compren en su plataforma en Chile!!!

Pésimo servicio de entrega, usan empresa Llegó. Se demoran 4 días en despachar, no entregan en conserjería de edificio, devuelven el producto a su bodega, y luego otra semana para volver a despachar o 20 días HABILES para devolver dinero.

Went to the petco in Upper Marlboro, MD yesterday and the staff was excellent! They helped me find everything and were just wonderful people. Best experience in a while.

Señores no recomiendo comprar en petco pésimo servicio genere un pago en Oxxo me comentan que no se refleja el deposito creo que los altos directivos no se están dando cuanta de la operación de su franquicia. Tengan cuidado es un problema

We took our small dog there to be groomed and the last two times he came home with eye infections, which resulted in two vet visits and $350 cost for the visit and medicine. They obviously are not cleaning their equipment or this would not happen two times in a row. Petco is unresponsive despite numerous attempts

I purchased my parrots from this store, they are beautiful and healthy! However, I did find that the prices for accessories and food are quite high.
