Ordered tent accessories 8 days ago, items still haven't shipped and I can't reach the company. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. I had to call my bank and have the charge reversed. I don't think this company exists anymore but their website is still up.

I purchased this tent in November of 2018, I went with Stout because I believed they were the best in the industry and paid top dollar for the pro series with double netting. My wife and I are full time RVers and we used to use screen tents but after loosing 3 we went with a canvas tent, I must say this tent will handle the winds no problem there, my problem is first I noticed the canvas door zipper sticking upon inspection I found the threads were they sewed in zipper unraveling and getting stuck in zipper, so I trimmed them back, shortly after that zipper separated, now the canvas doors will not zip shut, then today the screen door zipper separated obviously poor workmanship. My problem is this is and outdoor living room, recliners, tv, tables etc., after contacting Stout I was told to send it back and they will repair it, major problem for me because I would have to rent a storage unit for everything inside. This should not happen after a few months of ownership. Should have been replaced. Save your money do not buy Stout tents.
