Fantastic packaging - very well protected.
Really solid fire.
Took me a while to get used to using the decorative logs. Only use 2 logs at a time now, as I set the fire alarm off in the house, as the fire was touching the logs!
The oil does give off a smell - will try other oils too.
Provides a lovely heat, and we just make sure the door is ajar for ventilation.

Great customer service, the delivery was prompt and trouble free. The stove is now in place waiting for the flue to be fitted, so we can't comment on its useability although it looks the part so expecting it to work well. We had just one concern with the design of the 'feet'. There are 4 adjustable, levelling bolts which I reckon, with the point loading on our porcelain hearth could possibly crack or break tiles. One solution would be to order a base unit which seems to have a flat base plate. Instead, I engineered a 3/4" base plate to the exact size of the unit's feet. Cost me £23 instead of £300 for the base unit. The last stove I fitted was in Australia and it had solid, flat steel sheet as standard, to spread the weight of over 100kg on a tiled hearth. It worked well and there were no problems. Picture shows the extra base plate which I sprayed with matt heat-resistant paint and baked in our oven to toughen. Blends in nicely.

Delivery and packaging of product was first class.
We love the look of our Windsor 7 pure bio stove and are still getting used to using it. The heat from the stove is sufficient to warm up a 6m x 6m room fairly quickly.
We have noticed a smell from the burning fuel each time we use it. Perhaps Stove World UK could let people know which brand of fuel they can recommend that produces no smell.
The burner cover plate operation seems very basic and disturbs the ceramic logs behind it when moved, perhaps this could be fitted better.
All in all, very happy with the Bio Stove.
